Their prices at store level are still not the prices advertisedThey need to either have the ads stopped or lower their prices to reflect the advertised priceIf they have any legal reason for continuing to ignore the advertised prices they need to post the reasons on the restaurant for everyone to seeThe signs need to say, "Advertised prices do not apply here." That way the customers will know they will be charged more and they won't be deceived with this disclosure

The chicken at this location was very bad on the 23rd of Oct Since I live thirty five minutes away from the KFC, I decided to talk with the manager in a couple of days when I went back to Taos When I approached the GenMgrhe told me there was nothing he could do about my bad chicken He said I should have contacted him immediately and because I did not, he was unable to help I explained that I live a distance away and was planning another trip back I did not want a refund but rather another chicken breast to replace the bad one they sold me
At this, the General Manager turned around and ignored me as I was talking until I left the restaurant
I have never been treated so horribly regarding a bad order! Please help!

I was a customer in this location on May 10, Probably the worst I have seen this location by far I spent approximately minutes in line at the drive thru prior to making an order Once I reached the window I had been in line minutes I paid for my ticket and the lady that was taking orders walked away She never returned with my change or for that matter at all A different female and male come to the window and argue about whether I should pull up or stay and wait at the window due to my order not being ready I could not understand because it was a side item? How in minutes could you have not prepared this item I agree to pull up for another minute wait and now I sit another mins Cashier comes out with no change and no drinks Tells me that the previous person said I had them Ask me to wait for her to get them mins later I walk inside the store and the female and male that came to the window, came outside, and walked back in tell me that they di

I have been doing business with KFC for over years now Now and then they mess up an order and forget something Recently I was charged $more than the price on the bill they sent meI order online hoping for fewer mistakes with my food I'm always nice about things and simply request missing items when mistakes are made They however, see people who expect to get what they pay for as people having "issues" My entire family living at this address is now unable to order KFC online We are on a do not deliver to this address list We pay for our food, tip well, never abuse anyone or raise our voices Yet we have been *** and singled out for punishment and *** because we ask them to make good on messed up orders Buyer Beware This business does not respect it's customers In addition one time we got ripped open dips and pop cans slathered in mayo It took the local health department coming in to do something to change that Though I didn't complain about it, one of the last times they filled one of my orders they sent me a *** chicken *** that was black with *** in part It wasn't over cooked, it was *** I had to throw it in the garbage as it would have made someone sick to eat it *** *** *** *** Manager admitted doing so and promised to sent out missing dips and chicken tender, only sent the tender, the driver copped the attitude I mentioned *** ***

Prior to oct.4,2017 my name should have been in the customer care book from my visit on 9/27/2017. When kfc did not put biscuits in my meal. claim against us I would call attention to the following items:1) All National TV media states in lower right hand corner that the $5 Price point is at participating locations- and we are not a participating location2) All Online media including KFC website states that the $5 Price point is at participating locations- we do not maintain this website as it is a corporate website but to the same we are not a participating location.3) All In store advertising materials are priced accordingly and we honor all pricing that is reflected at all of our locations including the one location in Aberdeen, WAOver the past 2 years we have seen in the state of Washington a 21.43% increase in minimum wage ($9.47/hr-$11.50/hr) and as such we have been unable to continue to participate in National price pointed programs. As a dedicated KFC customer, I should be refunded for four Wednesday Special Meals. Or KFC should appease me and sponsor four KFC meals. For the inconvenience and the disrespectfulness I endured at the Greece, NY location. This location still owes me 4 free biscuits, which I tried to redeem on...

10/4/2017 and was denied. Due to the fact Linda and the other male manager that worked on 10/4/2017 did not take the time to listen to me. Instead they kept talking over me.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I received Rob’s explanation and dispute several parts of it.  We did indeed meet at [redacted].  The check engine light was on, and I knew why.   There was an intermittent miss, caused by a coil breaking down.  There are 8 individual coils on this engine.  They are a known to give problems from time to time, and I had one go bad last year.  I replaced just that one and the spark plug in that cylinder last year, and had intended to complete the rest of the tune up, but had not done that yet.   When I had another one go bad, and it was verified by [redacted] when they pulled the code which showed and INTERMITTANT miss on cylinder 3,    I ordered all 8 coils new, and also all 8 spark plugs so as to fix things so the issue would not reoccur one cylinder at a time. I had intended to do the job myself.  I was a professional mechanic for 20 years, but a bad back and desire to change careers lead me to my current job, and away from working on vehicles on a daily basis.  [redacted] and I talked, at [redacted],  and he asked that I bring the waste oil I was dropping off at [redacted] over to his shop, because they pay him for it.  So I did.  We got talking, and he offered to do the tune up.  He sounded like he knew what he was doing, had a reasonable garage and indicated he had been in the business a long time.   I agreed, and said that I would get the coils and plugs that I had already bought, and drop the truck off as soon as I could arrange a ride back home.  This is where his story becomes fabrication.   There was NOT a compression problem on cylinder 3 when I brought the truck to him.  The truck ran perfectly except for the occasional times when the coil would break down causing a miss.  There is NO indication or evidence of spark plug thread repair.  There IS a BOLT (or what’s left of the bolt) stuck between the valve and the cylinder head.  It is the exact size of the bolt that holds the coils down.  So… He dropped a coil bolt into the cylinder while the spark plug was out, and started the motor, which destroyed my motor.  My truck had an intermittent electrical misfire in cylinder 3 when I brought it to him, and a blown motor caused by him dropping a bolt into the cylinder, and destroying the cylinder head and piston.  My truck was brought to him with a stubbed toe, and left with a broken leg!

RGM of [redacted], KFC I would like to sincerely apologize for any bad encounter you endured in my restaurant. It is my pleasure to inform you that since your last visit our Air conditioners have been replaced and are working, also that I now have a better staff to serve you. My self along with my employees would love to invite you back to our restaurant with a golden promise that our facility is more inviting and is very sanitary. I know you mentioned corporate offering you a free meal and you would not accept but if you will please take time to come back and visit with us I would love to provide you with a free meal. I am rejecting this response because:
The Manager is lying.  I in no way EVER cursed at him and only became aggravated once he turned his back on me.  THIS MANAGER NEEDS TO BE PUT BACK THROUGH CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.  You NEVER treat a customer this way!  Further more... He NEVER explained that he needed the bad chicken back.  He stated twice he could not assist me.  BULL!  Now I must endure a liar who is trying to protect himself from a nasty situation he would never have found himself in if he had proper training and customer service skills.  I want the district manager to contact me.

Made appointment for furnace clean and inspection on 12/4, after waiting for 1 hour I called Darko, was told I was not on schedule calendar, reset for 12/13, was called by Darko 15 minutes after scheduled time and told that he couldn't keep appointment because of an emergency 8 hour installation. Rescheduled for 9 AM today,12/17, now 11 AM and no show/call, 3 strikes and out!

We have tried to resolve the complaint. I would like to contact Mr [redacted] to find out which employee had created the situation so we could prevent it from happening again.I also want to make good on our mistake. K F C Corporation had sent Mr [redacted] a voucher and I intend to do the same but I only have a phone # for Mr [redacted] which is an unacceptable form of contact to him.Thank YouGary C[redacted]K F C Meadville

KFC corporate policy states that we are supposed to replace any uneaten portion offood that the customer brings back to the location. As I tried to explain to the customer on that day, had he called when he said he had an issue I would have gladly been able to take care of the problem (he would not...

have had to bring the food back that night but I am required to get back the food before I replace it). The customer began being verbally abusive to me (using profanity and acting belligerent) when I tried to explain this to him, and I did turn my back on him because had I answered back the issue could have quickly escalated.

OMG IDDIOTS. Tom installed a pool last year and walked away after getting paid and let the whole job go south. His attitude was F u ... his guys finished the job just to get paid (he uses young guys he takes advantage of to get his jobs done)... I know its slim pickings but think hard before you hire this thief.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
I appreciate the timely manner the establishment took to return their comments. However, I strongly disagree with the response and request that it is reconsidered.  When my initial conversation with the establishment occurred to cancel the first booking because of the conditions that existing, the business never indicated that I had until March of that same season to request a complete refund. If someone at the time I had requested a postponement indicated that March of 2016 was the end of the period to obtain a refund I would have addressed it accordingly, but that was not the case. The business proceeded to deceive me only indicating that the package was able to be used for the following season if need be. Had I known that I was being cheated out of an opportunity of obtaining my money back I would have requested one within the allowable time constraints. It is not proper for the business to now try justify their actions by indicating that this winter season had yielded better results. When little to no change has occurred since the previous season. I expect the business to honor the refund policy as I had been deceived and
