Hello,I sincerely apologize you were dissatisfied with the price of the stacker and taco box on your last visit to my restaurant. As a result of multiple government mandated minimum wage increases over the past year, and the increase in the cost of food, we've had to take a moderate increase on some...

of our menu items including the stacker and taco box.  We feel we are still providing the best value vs. our competitor's most popular combo meals.Your satisfaction is important to us and we realize you have many choices for restaurants.  We appreciate and thank you for you choosing Taco Bell. Thanks,[redacted]

We needed our central air unit repaired, Darko thoroughly explained all of the work to us and the cost before the repair was started. Darko also checked the warranty for us. The guys were very professional from start to finish. I also want to add the price was affordable for a tight budget like mine.

On feb 6th 2015 at appr 4:30 pm I was driving up [redacted] northbound when I decided to stop at kfc for dinner. [redacted] My previuos order was mixed up so I had a credit for a 3 piece meal with an individual gravy. When ordering from the drive through I infromed the clerk of this credit and also ordered a value meal as well. When I approached the window the clerk asked me to write down my name and phone number on a receipt. I obliged and he left. 5 mins later he returned with a bag and asked me to sign another receipt indicating I recieved my order. Again I signed and another girl handed me a bag and I drove off. When I got home I realized I had AGAIN recieved the wrong order, instead getting 10 dark pieces. Instead of driving back (in a saskatchewan snowstorm)i called in to rectify my order. I was put on hold for over 5 mins and when someone returned,a woman informed me that I would recieve a free "upsize"on my next order. Not happy I told this woman it wasnt my fault I was given the wrong food. Again. The woman([redacted])then began talking very loudly overtop of me telling me it was my fault because I didnt properly check the bag. [redacted]Desired SettlementI would ask for a replacement meal but I am finished with my patronage of this business. I would like my money refunded and an apologyBusiness Response The store tried to please the customer, they could not so it came to my level... I did the following I called [redacted] and listened to his concerns... I explained that we would give him a full individual meal on his next visit... He was wanting his full order replaced and money back.. Our policy is we would and could give him an in-store credit... He was given the wrong order he received 12 pc's of chicken instead of a 3pc meal and a indv value meal... So this is when I re offered him a 2 pc meal that is what I could do for him... He then said he didn't want it from that location... I said no problem we can give the credit out of another location... I asked him what location would he like it from he told me which location he would use it at.. I explained that I would call this location and put the 2pc meal which we decided on so when he wanted to use it... All he would have to do is say his name and they would look up the credit and he would receive it at no charge... He said okay and that was the end of the call.... That is all we are giving him as a credit... [redacted]

Horrible service, worse management. I stopped by after work to order dinner for my family of 5 yesterday evening. From the get go, the lady on the drive-thru intercom (Brittney) was rude and sounded as though she hated life. I asked her what size popcorn chicken they sold and she stated that they only sold size Large and that it cost $4 and some change. I told her that there was a sign on the drive thru menu that announced the popcorn chicken at $2.99. She responded, "Oh, that's the small." I then tried to order 3 root beer floats and she said that they ran out of ice cream. So then I said never mind, I'll just have 5 cups of water. She said, "Do you have 5 people in the car? 'Cause if not, you can't have 5 cups of water. You can only have enough water for however many people are in the car." I told her that I've never heard of that in my life but that I would be willing to pay for the extra cups of water. She then said that they would by $2.89 each. How she came up with that for a small cup of water, I don't know. Especially since even the rootbeer floats were advertised in their drive-thru menu for $2. The crazy thing was that she then had a different worker re-ask me for my whole order again once I got to the window to pay and that girl didn't charge me for the waters at first until "Brittney" (the manager!! ) told her to charge me. Which let me know that the whole thing about only giving one water per person in the car was news to the other worker. Once I caught on to [redacted] just making up the rules as she wanted (laziness), I told the other girl to never mind about the waters. I told [redacted] (who was hiding to the side at first) that I didn't think that the owner would appreciate her having the restaurant lose out on loyal, paying customers for some cups of water. That I could see that really being a real rule if you weren't purchasing any food and just asking for water but not for someone who had just spend $25 on fastfood. She just looked at me with a glazed look on her face. Too bad, I used to like KFC.

Review: On the evening of 4/26/2013 I went to the mentioned KFC and the service was unbelievably horrible. I stood for 6 minutes for someone to even speak to me to take my order. There were workers leaning an the counters not doing anything. The workers are RUDE and not professional! The timer was going off for the fryers and the gentleman in the back had earphones on so the girl in the front is SCREAMING at him to get the fryers....REALLY?? My order was simple....got it home....WRONG! I ordered crispy, I got original, biscuits were hard like hockey pucks, seasoning was soo peppery you couldn't eat it. Then looked at receipt and was OVER CHARGED!!! After eating one wing and my daughter had the boneless one and husband had two....we all were ill, running to bathroom!! I called the 800 # and placed a complaint stating I wanted a call back and a refund. They said someone would call me.....I have called 5 times now and get the same thing--we will add it to your message that no one has called. They will not give me information. I called store and left message as well, no contact again. I am going to call again today once they open! There is no reason for a company to have such rude incompetent workers and not to either refund my money or the difference. I still have the left over stuff in fridge in case they wanted to see it!!Can you help me get my money back? It was $31.32 and the rudeness of this place is just unheard of!Please let me know what I can do....I know it's a franchise as well.Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back! I will not ever go back!

Review: In early May, 2014, KFC had an ad (in the form of a pullout coupon) stating that if you buy a 2 piece chicken dinner you will get a second 2 piece dinner for free. The coupon stated that the deal was to expire on May 11. On May 8 (3 days before the expiration date), I drove to KFC in Chantilly, VA, (20 miles round trip and a 60 minute drive) to take advantage of this offer. When I presented the card to counter person I was informed that the deal did not begin until May 11 - Mother's Day. When I explained that the deal expires - not begins on May 11, he brought over the manager who told me the same thing. When I showed him that it expires on the 11th and does not begin on the 11th, he said that they had been contacted by their headquarters not to honor the coupon until the 11th. Therefore, they did not honor the coupon.

On May 9, I contacted the KFC main office and explained the problem. The woman said that they had had a lot of complaints relating to this problem and that a manager would phone me within 2 days and offer me some compensation. When I didn't hear back, I phoned again about a week later and received the same story. As of today, May 29th, I have still not heard from them. ,Desired Settlement: I feel that considering the fact that KFC issued a false coupon and that I spent 60 minutes in my car for nothing, a $50 certificate would be in order.

A copy of the coupon can be supplied upon request.

Review: had purchased a eight piece boneless bucket for $13.49 and was charged an extra two dollars for no reason. according the receipt, I purchased an the eight piece plus an extra four pieces of dark boneless for a dollar and four pieces of white boneless for another dollar. only received the initial eight I ordered not 16 as the receipt reads. how is it that I was charged $2.00 for the same exact meal that I was charged $13.49?Desired Settlement: i'd like to get the eight pieces of boneless that I was charged for and never received.
