We did not find any purchase(s) under the name [redacted] or under the email address “ [redacted] ” for any of our “hotel and flight to Las Vegas” deals that were launched in May of We can refund the customer’s purchase if he can provide us proof of purchase, such as his voucher code(s) for this deal or the name and email address that he used to purchase the deal

I had arranged via phone with an agent of this realty to rent an available apartmentI had detailed conversations about paying the deposit and other details, and I was 100% clear that I wanted to rent it and was planning to provide the completed application and the deposit when I met with the agent covering for the one I had been speaking with on the weekend day that had been arranged, as I live hours away from AlbanyBoth agents were aware I was driving that distance, and had obtained an hotel for the purpose of renting the apartmentI was texted by covering agent while I was driving to Albany that the apartment had been rentedHe refused to respond to my texts or call, as I requested, immediately after the text

We never received the customer's email with the check detailsMoving forward, we have now processed the refund via check and it will be sent to: [redacted] Kindly allow 10-business days for the check to arrive

We have requested for a check amounting to $to be sent to the customer in lieu of the refund for her purchase of the voucher (code : [redacted] )We have emailed the customer regarding the refund

Our partner merchant for this deal advised us that the customer’s orders have been dispatched via USPS with tracking number ***
She has to contact the partner merchant for further support and complaints about the product and to request
re-delivery of her order if her order was sent to an incorrect addressWe have provided her the partner merchant’s contact details
