We can refund the customer’s purchase if he can provide us proof of purchase, such as his voucher code(s) for this deal or the name and email address that he used to purchase the deal.

We never received the customer's email with the check details. Moving forward, we have now processed the refund via check and it will be sent to:

Review: I purchased a travel voucher for $198- good from May *, 2012 thru May *, 2014, upon trying to obtain my vouchers for travel. They are no longer honoring this and

I am unable to receive refund for my purchase. The E-Mail when I try to contact says dispute with your bank, the bank can only dispute for 120 days.

As, the bank informed me, these companies are fully aware of this business practice.

This company owes me $198- for refund for a product I purchased and they are not delivering.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. $198-

Review: On November [redacted]I ordered an Android tablet that came with a stylus pen and a keyboard case. The stylus pen was not sent along with the tablet and the keyboard case is defective, it will not work with the tablet. I have repeatedly sent email after email regarding the situation. I have yet to have someone call me to discuss the situation. I have only received emails with a ticket number and no other response. I have yet to receive the stylus pen or a new keyboard. I have also repeatedly posted comments on their facebook page stating how disgusted I am with them and their product and how they conduct business. It is so unprofessional and I will never ever make a purchase with them, nor recommend them to anyone. I am tempted to report them to the local news station where I work.Desired Settlement: Can I just receive my stylus pen that was not in the box and a keyboard that is compatible with the tablet. A keyboard that will work. I would also like to speak with someone with the company as to why they have been so negligent in responding to my complaint and have not lived up to their word. An apology would also be recommended. This is horrible how they operate their business. All I desire to is receive what I paid for, my stylus pen and a keyboard that works.

[They have been giving me that same answer since December, it is now almost April. And yet, no resolved has been made. I have constantly sent email after email and the same response is given. It didnt take that long to process my payment, why is it taking so long for the replacement items to be sent. I really dont believe that I will ever receive the stylus pen, that should have been sent on in the inital order, nor will I receive a replacement keyboard. I will never purchase nor recommend this company, as they have poor customer service practices. If they (KGB) is dealing with a a merchant ([redacted]) that is that difficult to get a response or replacement items from, then they need not deal with that merchant any more. It is a disgrace how business practices are handled.]

Review: I had several unused vouchers with KGB Deals. I logged into my account and was unable to access the vouchers. I emailed support and asked for access the vouchers so I could use the unused portion of the voucher (Originally paid amount) at the merchant. I was given instructions over and over to view the vouchers that were not listed in my account. I am now being told that there is no access to the vouchers but I can request info on a specific one. I asked for all of them and now I am being told that [redacted] bought the name KGB Deals and that they will not honor. My understanding is that by law they have to honor the vouchers and any debts that came along with purchasing the previous business.Desired Settlement: Refund in a check or refund in credit toward another purchase on [redacted] family of sites.

Review: I can't redeem my $99 las vegas voucher at the kgb deals website. I can't redeem the voucher because the supplier had stopped this voucher. Kgb said they would send me a check as refund. And I waited for 5 months and sent them several emails and none of them got replied and no check was received. I just want my money back. Thank you!

I had purchase a voucher from KGBdeal in 2011. Then When I redeem the voucher, there is no response. I had sent several emails to the contact person you given to me:the Next Stage Promotions Customer Service [redacted] at [redacted]. No response any more!

I had redeemed my voucher for "Voucher for round trip airfare and 2-night hotel stay for travel to Las Vegas or Orlando courtesy of Next Stage Promotions ($850 value)" at least five months ago. No response received. The voucher will be expired in Jan. [redacted], 2014. Please send me a response, do not ask me to contact [redacted] again because she will not respond. I want to book my trip! Review: I ordered a voucher for a Swarovski Elements Bracelet for $5.00 from kgbdeals.com I received a confirmation e-mail on February [redacted] 2014 that my credit card [redacted] was charged $5.00 for the bracelet. There was a link to get the voucher. When I clicked on it, it took me to the kgbdeals website and to more deals, NO VOUCHER. Since I couldn't get the voucher for the bracelet, I didn't want to take advantage of any more deals until the first one was honored. I have been e-mailing back and forth with customer service, all to no avail. They said they couldn't find anything with my e-mail address and insisted I must have used another e-mail address. This has to be a scam as I have no other e-mail address, and my e-mail address [redacted] was where I received a confirmation e-mail from kgbdeals. They at kgbdeals said they can't find anything with my e-mail address. If that is true why was I sent a confirmation e-mail from kgbdeals? I feel that I was scammed they just charged my credit card and offered me nothing in return. This cannot be legal. I appreciate any attention to this matter.

Review: I purchased a kgb deals voucher to fabulash in april of 2012. the coupon expired on 9/**/2012

The voucher clearly states that if the coupon is not redeemed by the expiration date it will continue to have a redemption value equal to what I paid for the voucher. When I asked Fabulash to just use the value I paid they said they would not honor it and to call KGB I have tried to contact them and finally received a response. They claim that there is no value yet it states clearly on the voucher that there is and they claim it was redeemed which it was not. I asked for proof of redemption.Desired Settlement: I expect either a refund as the merchant will not honor the voucher.

Review: My name is [redacted], I am a Business Owner; my company [redacted], is a former Merchant with KGB; they ran online promotions for our cleaning services, for a period of about 3 years. Our contract stated that they would collect the funds and pay us 70% of the services sold. They pay the Merchant (HouseWarmers) a percentage within 10 - 14 days of the promotion and then the balance 6 months after the promotion. We were due checks 11/**/13 of $408, 11/**/13 of $290, and 12/*/13 of $175.

I have been trying to collect the last 3 checks ($873), due HouseWarmers from KGB, since November 2013.

KGB owes our company $873. We are also trying to get our 1099.

KGB Deals will not answer our emails, and we have no phone number other than the sales rep we had [redacted]; who is no longer with KGB, and has now stopped responding to our request. [redacted] told us that KGB was no longer doing Local Deals like ours.

In the only correspondence we received from KGB, when we first inquired about our payment; KGB stated that they were holding our funds until the promotion expired, which it has, because of an email they sent us in September that we did not respond to. Firstly we DID respond to the email, even though they sent it to our old [redacted] account which we asked them on more than one occasion, not to use, and secondly we corresponded twice in the month of October. We were given no indication that there was a problem at all of any sort. Since then KGB has refused to respond to any of our inquiries.

We really don’t want to have to retain a lawyer for such a small amount, but we have been advised that for the withholding of our 1099 we can pursue a law suit and sue KGB. We just want the funds due us and our 1099. But mostly we want someone to return our calls and emails.

Review: Like MANY others, KGB doesn't allow for you to speak with them unless it's through means such as the Revdex.com. Why have contact information if [redacted] can contact you KGB ??? I purchased various vouchers through them, and I still have a few that were NEVER used one company is even out of business and I can't use the voucher there. I purchased these about 3 years ago and have emailed KGB since then as well as called but [redacted] has ever gotten back to me. I had given up but then it occurred to me that it's not fair that they get to keep my money for vouchers that I never redeemed ! and the fact that I did try and noone had the decency to get back to me is really upsetting and angers me. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want my money back for those vouchers that were not redeemed, ASAP.
