Won't Fix Recall Items
Kia Dealer refuses to fix two recall items on my 2019 Sorento. I keep getting notices for action required but, dealer wants nothing to do with recalls.

valley hi kia me n my folks went there to lease our third kia they treated me n my folks like we were last on food chain my dad in wheel chair my mom has arthoritus any way there had us there 5 hrs he said my moms credit to low so now the only way is if we buy it my parents r beat and then he said I have to put in dad s name his score is 760 our 2018 kia we want to trade in has 13000 mils on it its a le they push a striped serento he says upside down the lease is a 3 year lease we only had 1 year left now its 83 mons we had to pay 22000 for payoff we only had 12 payments 40000 for a stippie the degraded us ripped us off and now we h a credit comp not u guys we had good standing if this the way this deal gos down I will let every senior know how degrading they were to us and u guys will lose our bussness I thought very highly of u I wish I would have went to allstar kia but we moved to Hesperia please help us just becouse we r old does not mean we dont count thank you

Why was the final diagnosis Engine failure, and no check engine light ever came on? I'm extremely upset that I'm leasing a vehicle with only 33,miles and I can't get clear answers I've called Kia Motors and faxed several letters out to Corporate Contacts who have failed to respond It seems that Kia [redacted] has a defect in their dashboard lighting system How does a brand new vehicle have engine failure without one indicator lighting up except for the battery indicator???? I would also like to know who is requesting the maintenance records now, and what happened to the maintenance records that I gave to the Dealership? This appears to be that of a Lemon Law Suit situation Thank You
