Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI know it is outside of warranty KIA and Revdex.com, this is not the issue My issue is KIA refuses to REPAIR this part They force you to REPLACE it at an absurd cost Everywhere else in the city, this repair can be done for $but KIA only offered to replace it I was forced to repair it elsewhere and now have an even shorter warranty for 12,on parts and not labor with after-market parts This is not a good business practice Why is this part so expensiveEvery other car and truck, even diesel engines is 500-to Repair, to replace transfer cases range from 1000-to The max on a KIA SORENTO, the most expensive of all vehicles by far as said to me by every repair shop in the city, they were very shocked at the prices, they have never heard of any vehicle being so high or difficult ever This is an unfair situation The part is defective or should have a longer warranty based on the cost to replace, for 1st or 2nd owners no matter what Regards, [redacted] ***

Lies decit, harrasment sales and kia consumers affairsAll I can try doing is seeing if I can copy and paste most of it but it shouldnt be that hard to send the original complaint to kia motors the case number is in this original complaint
