Yesterday, *** from Killingsworth came to our home to inspect our A/C units and to initiate a maintenance contract He was very professional and explained everything to us along the way He ended up spending about four hours with us! Turns out that we needed to replace one of our units that was very old and failing He explained all of our options and even scheduled the consultation with the appropriate person Today, we are the proud owners of a new unit and our second floor is again cool! This was our first experience with Killingsworth and so far, we are very happy!

I have found Killingsworth to be very professional and a well run organization I have had my annual termite bond with them for years and this year needed to go to the full pest control service due to an issue with ants The phone rep explained the details of the full program (initial service and call back as needed) and scheduled the initial appointment One month after that initial application I had another issue with ants and called for service Killingsworth was able to have a tech there that afternoon On both service calls, the reps that came to the house were courteous, professional and addressed any questions that I had

My recent experience with the Killingsworth team (xxxxx & xxxxx) was terrific xxxxx was most helpful from the start but especially when I needed to reschedule my service call several times She quickly found alternate dates & times and was quite friendly as well as professional
The Killingsworth Inspector, xxxxx, was very efficient, informative, and personable He explained the need to complete the external service next week (actually scheduled for tomorrow) since the ground was too wet from recent rain/snow

my HVAC is up and running like a champ!
he walked me through everything he did and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect
he also found a small plumbing issue
Killingsworth then sent out xxxxx from the plumbing team
not surprisingly he was also great
what I found truly amazing was that when I informed him that I had recently had the shower remodeled (where the leak was found) he told me that I should call the guys who did the work and let them come out because they should be willing to fix it at no cost
in other words he made sure that I didn't spend money that I shouldn't
that to me is truly world class service

The response from Killingsworth Environmental of the Carolinas is/was to be commended The technician that was in our home (xxxxx) should be praised for his effort to determine an unusual pest infestation that is in our home With much research he did find the problem Unfortunately invisible mites are not an ordinary extermination The problem has greatly subsided but xxxxx has kept in touch with us and, I'm sure, will solve our problem We are not new to extermination service cominig from Florida, so we can tell you that Killingsworth provided us with a person who is ambitious, presentable and a real asset to the company
