I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Killingsworth. I had an emergency with my A/C and when I contacted Killingsworth they sent someone out within 30 min which was after regular hours (first point of world class customer service). A part on my A/C was leaking, a part that I just replaced a few years ago using another company. Upon finding this out the tech that was dispatched to my house after hours suggested I contact the previous company to see about warranty for the replacement (second point of world class customer service). When I contacted the other company they said no warrenty, etc. Because of the 2 touch points I already had with Killingsworth I called them back and said lets get it done. The gentleman I spoke to asked if he could call me back so he could check the schedule and also on the part. When he called back he informed me that the manufacture in fact had a warranty on the part (third point of world class customer service). We scheduled for the next day. The 5th and final point of world class customer service came when the 2 technicians arrived at my house to complete the replacement. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. Killingsworth has earned a customer and advocate for life. Great job by you and your team!!

Technician came out to spray for mosquito's. He always checks to make sure any pets are put up and makes sure I don't have any questions before he gets started. He finished quickly and efficiently and left the property just like he found it. I have always been very impressed with the professionalism of Killingsworth's employees.

Just called with furnace that had a cracked part that was leaking water...they came within an hour and sealed it with silicone...ordered the part from xxxxx..gave me the price said they would be back in 24 hrs and did so replaced part and stayed within estimate! Like their professionalism and attitude toward customer service.

There were ants in our kitchen on the counter. Totally unacceptable. I called Killingsworth since we have a termite service with them. xxxxx was able to make an appointment that same afternoon. She was very courteous and helpful. xxxxx was the technician. He was so very knowledgeable and thorough and did indeed get rid of the ants. I'm very pleased with the quick response and kind service.

Renewed our annual contract for pest control today with xxxxx. He was very thorough with explanation of how the property was treated and easy to communicate with. He is pleasant to do business with and a very good representative for the company. All my past experiences with Killingsworth have been positive and they have done what they said they would do. I am very pleased.

Our experience has been excellent. We had an unusual issue with a crawlspace enclosure installation. The problem was diagnosed quickly and a solution proposed that has corrected the problem The professionalism of the service was appreciated.

Killingsworth has really taken good care of our lawn with regular feeding, aeration and overseeding. The employees take time to understand your desires. If a call back is necessary to kill some additional weeds or patch up some areas for overseeding they schedule a follow-up quickly with good results.

Killlingsworth Environmental of the Carolinas were professional & courteous. Showed up on time & explained what they were going to do. The technician who was working on the inside of the house was neat and wore booties so the carpeting wouldn't get dirty. This shows me that the company cares about its customers & property. He also answered all of my wife questions in a prompt & courteous manner. All of the work, both inside & outside was done in a timely manner & the technicans explained what they are doing.
