Recently had my annual termite check Killingsworth was prompt and the service technician xxxxx was very polite He completed his inspection and updated me on the status all within less than minutes This was helpful since we had plans and were able to keep our schedule thanks to xxxxx

I have always been pleased with Killingsworth Environmental. We have used them for over 10 years for termite control. They are punctual, introduce theirselves, and explain the service they will provide. Both men were polite, completed their tasks in an appropriate amount of time, and explained the forms I needed to sign. I was also shown pictures of the areas the plastic did/did not cover, and told why it was important to cover all areas completely. Costs were provided for each visit. They were reasonable.

Our experience has been excellent. After a problem was diagnosed, the Killingsworth service specialist reviewed the problem and installed equipment to solve it without charge. He volunteered to return for a check up and to perform additional remediation as necessary. We are pleased with the resolution.

We've had several experiences with Killingsworth Pest Control agents. All were professional, personable, and appeared honest and experienced. This last job they performed for us was assistance with a severe ant infestation. We tried everything...constant cleaning and vacuuming; plenty of over-the-counter ant baits. Nothing worked. After 14 years in the same house, this was the worst problem we've had with ants. Killingsworth was able to control the problem quickly. Within one day after treatment, we hardly saw a single ant inside our home. They were polite and patient with all of our questions, especially considering the safety to our 2 small dogs in the house.
