King of the Road Transport

I was very pleased with the entire process of having my vehicle recently transported from CT to CA. The cost for the transport was very fair as well. Whenever I had any questions for King of Road, they were always good about getting back to me with the detailed answers. The trucking company which transported my vehicle to CA was timely and efficient. I did need to meet the truck driver a few miles from my house with my vehicle to simplify the pick-up, but that was not unexpected and was perfectly fine. I would most definitely utilize King of the Road Transport again for any future car transport needs.

King of the Road was amazing! I called them ONE day before the last day we had to ship our two cars cross-country after our first company flaked out. They were super responsive, replied right away, and kept me informed the whole time. They discussed what pricing we needed to find a driver fast and we found one within a couple hours. They really helped alleviate a big stressor. The car shipped extremely quickly to our destination, arriving earlier than expected. All interactions with their staff were very positive. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.

A friend had just used KOTR and had a great experience, therefore, I decided to use them. It was very smooth talking to Claire and Andrew who helped me throughout the process. Claire explained the terms and was upfront about how there were no hidden fees, and lo and behold... there were not any hidden fees. They worked around my schedule to find a good window to have the car picked up. The driver that was assigned to me was very flexible and was able to pick up my car and drop it off without any issues. Besides expected dirt from an open carrier, no new dents or scratches were found. Also, having shopped around with different companies, I thought the price very fair. Thanks again. Will definitely be recommending to friends.

Claire is amazing. I have worked with her before. The driver Jesse was professional, promp and delivered the vehicle on time. Even earlier than I expected. Was great service on both ends. The Transport company Big Sky is the best. Thank you. Just wish it had been cheaper or you would get 5 stars.

Was greatly surprised and please that Nadia was able to find me a shipping company when I called late Tuesday Afternoon. The Car was Picked up on Wednesday Morning and Delivered Thursday at 1pm. The Driver called me when he was on the road and again when he was one hour away so that I Knew exactly when my car would arrive. The Driver of Handy Trucking company was friendly and respectful and waited for me to examine the condition of the car before getting the check and my signature as my stamp of approval.
I will highly recommend this great King Of the Road Transport company and they deserve the top 5 star-Rating in my book and will certainly hire them again in the future

This was the first time i've had to use a transportation service. I was nervous to say the least. King of the Road was fair priced, not pushy and my brand new truck was delivered the very next day without issues. No hidden cost, no BS. If I ever need this kind of service in the future I will definitely use King of the Road!

Great and fast service. Excellent communication. You can tell they care about their business and customers. In a time when California is locked down almost completely, they worked extra hard to get the driver to relocate my car to Nebraska. Arrived even faster than promised. I used this company 3 times now, and will in the future for sure. Andrew, Claire, and others deserve all the praise. Very happy.

While the cost compared to other firms was in the middle tier the extra cost was worth it. All arrangements were on time. Instructions were clear and payment was easy. The car arrived in excellent condition. Overall it could not have been easier.

My experience shipping my car with King of the Road Transport has been the best yet. My family and I have shipped our vehicles 4 times in the last 5 years and have had issues every time, but this time was completely hassle free. After another company cancelled on me last minute I contacted king of the road and they had me a driver in a few hours and my car was on a truck that evening. They even called me after drop-off to make sure everything went well! I will be using them again!

Had purchased a mint condition trike in Florida. Now to get it to Kansas. Contacted numerous entities. Read the reviews and was disillusioned by all the hiccups in delivery. In several conversations with *** became more confident that their firm could actually walk the talk. *** called again I expressed my concern and short time frame. Was given a 5 - 10 day window for pickup. Within roughly 2 days *** called pickup was made. Now for a win/win. The delivery firm did an outstanding job and were easy to work with. This operation was totally out of my control yet all parties worked together for a satisfactory outcome. Good job!

From the time I inquired to the time of delivery everything was first rate! Carol answered all of my questions and concerns. The coordination I required for the transport for delivery was carried out exactly as we wanted. The local pickup guy was terrific to work with and the dispatch guy was just as great.
