I must say this was a smooth transaction I was a little nervous at first since I never shipped anything before but all went good my car got from Florida to California in one piece good pricing and in a timely manner thank you guys
Had an amazing experience with King of the Road. Customer service was great!! Highly recommend them.
I have never shipped a car before and when I started inquiring about the services I was inundated with phone calls and text message so at first it wasn't easy to decide who to go with. I was nervous about the fact that my car would be shipped after having already moved. When I spoke with Nadia she is the one who won me over. She laid out in detail how the process works, and provided me with links to your Revdex.com Rating and reviews which solidified that you are a credible business. The price was competitive with other quotes out there but most importantly you did not required a deposit and it was door to door pick up and delivery. My credit card wasn't charged until after my car was picked up. A month out customer service checked in to make sure the pick address and the ship time had not changed. Nadia left the company and I got a courtesy call from Julia letting me know she would be my new contact person. I received check in calls a week and two weeks out. Once my car had been dispatched to a driver I got an email with the drivers name and phone number and day the car would arrive. From there I was able to text the driver the code to the key lock box as well as ping my new address because it was in a new subdivision. Alex the driver texted me when he was 30 mins I could not have had a better experience. If any of my family or friends ever have to ship a car I most definitely plan to recommend you. King of the Road was nothing but professional and accommodated my daughters busy schedule. The staff are responsive and very easy to speak with. I give 2 thumbs up with this company as I've used them twice now!
With all the horror stories about having a car shipped across the country I was a little bit worried. But after contacting King of the Road Transport I was very impressed with the timeliness of transport and had no issues with the car. I would highly recommend King of the Road Transport!

I chose King of the Road recently because Nadia was honest and patiently explained the whole process to me. After speaking with several carriers I found they were very honest and transparent with their fees. I used the close carrier because of the long distance and the fees were very reasonable. Andrew and Max followed up with me all the way from pick up to delivery. The drivers were friendly, careful, experienced and courteous. My car was delivered on the day I was available. The team at King of the Road were professional, personable, and communicated with me everyday until my car was picked up. The communication was extremely important to me because I was in a stressful situation. I purchased a car on line that I had not seen and was feeling a great deal of anxiety. They found a transporter in the time frame they promised. My car was delivered on time and in the same condition that it left the dealership. Also, the driver kept in contact with me throughout the trip. The entire experience was positive. They quoted a price and when the transporter wanted a little more to transport my vehicle, King of the Road took the loss and my quote remained the same. I appreciate the integrity shown by King of the Road team.
I needed to move a truck from Dallas to Austin (200 miles) and contacted King Of The Road Transport as one of my options. Claire was fantastic to work with! The entire process from booking the driver to receiving the truck was painless, smooth, and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reputable hauler for their vehicle.
Be advised that King of the Road is not a transport company but they are the BROKER that connects you to transport companies and they aren't necessarily good ones. King of the Road used Moving Kingdom, Inc. to transport my motorcycle and they damaged my bike. King of the Road was not part of the insurance claim process and Moving Kingdom denied any liability. Avoid Moving Kingdom Inc at all costs, but also be aware of which company King of the Road puts you with because they aren't necessarily reputable transport companies.

Our apologies if you were ever under any other impression when it comes to King of the Road being a transport bróker. This is made very clear on our website and also our contract, that you signed when you placed your order with us. We strive very hard to work with the best of the best. At the time of your dispatch, Moving Kingdom Inc, was 100% rated on the most commonly used network in the industry. Currently they stand at 99.8% with a neutral complaint for being late for a pickup.
We have high standards for our carriers, so that we can provide quality transport solutions to our clients. Unfortunately, King of the Road, by law, can not be ¨a part¨of the insurance process for two reasons - 1. We are not the owner of the vehicle. 2. We never take physical possesson of the vehicle. However, King of the Road provides support, and assistance when needed in the process. How the insurance handles claimes, and settles is completely out of our hands.

This was my first time using a auto transport company. King of the Road Transport is the BEST!. I personally worked with Claire G. at King of the Road and she was absolutely wonderful. She communicated with me during the whole process. The carrier also notified me of the time frame he would deliver and also called me when he was 1/2 hr. away from my home. I would definitely use King of the Road Transport again and would recommend everyone to use them! Thank you King for the Road Transport!

This is my first time ever writing a review on a company. However, I felt compelled to do so because I can't help but say great things about this company. After a horrible experience with another car transport company, King of the Road Transport came to my rescue. Jessica who arranged for my daughter's car to be transported was caring and very professional. During the entire process, Jessica kept the lines of communication open. Not only did King of the Road Transport pick up my daughter's car on time, they also delivered it, in my opinion, in record time. I also would like to thank the carrier they utilized. The carrier was friendly and also very professional. I am definitely singing this company's praises and would highly recommend this company to anyone. Again, thank you King of the Road Transport!
King of the Road Transport made the process of transporting my auto interstate very easy. They kept me informed of my order/delivery status every step of the way. The driver was very professional and friendly. If I ever need this sort of service again or if my friends/family are in need of auto transport, I will be recommending this service.
Our daughter recently relocated from Indianapolis to Los Angeles. Not knowing how the process goes, we got quotes and luckily shipped her vehicle through King of the
Road, but more so, Claire G..
My take is that a handful of companies sponsor a truck and driver and several companies, like the one that you will use to ship your vehicle, pay that company to ship your vehicle. The key take away from that is that you lose leverage along the way.
All that said, I am sure glad that we used King of the Road, and more so, Claire G., as our contact, along the way. Claire was "Johnny on the spot, when I needed to know where, what and why. The process is like the time tunnel that we have all seen in movies, on TV. You put your car into the machine and it turns-up, where you want it, six or seven days later. Without Claire, we would have known nothing.
Moral to my story, book with King of the Road, through Claire!

My Husband and I were relocating to Arizona from California.
We had never used a car transporting company before so we
were pretty nervous. But all that changed after we spoke with Mary
at King of the Road! She explained the process in great detail of
what we needed to do. She also gave us the best quote for both of
our vehicles. The driver that picked up our cars was on time very professtional
took pictures of any dents or dings ahead of time. When the vehicles were
delivered in Arizona they were in perfect condition. The driver even picked
up nails that he saw in the street before he parked the cars!
Mary is a pro at what she does, I would definitely recommend
King of the Road to my Family and friends!

They do very thorough research into the insurance of drivers. They stuck with me during some unforeseen issues, resolved them and the outcome was successful. The customer service is exceptional! Thank you, Claire G.!
King of the Road transported my vehicle from WA state to NC state in November 2017. They were very professional, and efficient right from my first contact with Claire G. She took all of my information for my vehicle transport, and was able to give me an estimate very quickly. It was very reasonable, and I did not pay a penny more than the agreed cost for the delivery when my vehicle arrived in NC. The company also stayed in touch with me all along the way as my vehicle was being transported across the country to let me know when they would be arriving. When the vehicle arrivsd in NC it was in the same condition as when it was picked up in WA state for delivery.
I highly recommend King of the Road, and would not hesitate to utilize their services in the future. Thank you. Laura A.

We verbally contracted to have our 2011 Avalanche shipped from Las Vegas to Virginia Beach week before last. My husband has been texting and calling *** Sales specialist and he has not replied. A woman called yesterday and said that *** was on a leave of absence and the rates have changed and wanted to charge us more. When we asked for a supervisor, she said her supervisor was unavailable, then we asked for another supervisor, she got belligerent. We had a verbal agreement with *** but she said that since no credit card was furnished she wanted to start another agreement and wanted to charge us more. My husband had been calling and texting *** to give him that info, but the ball was dropped by *** and your company. The only reason she called us is because she picked up his voicemail and returned our call. We have been very patient with your company because you have an A+ rating, but now we are to get shafted? We should be charged LESS not more for our inconvenience.
What are you going to do about this? It has been two weeks since the truck has been with my in-laws and this is my husband's main transportation vehicle?????????????

Thanks, just wanted to make sure it was leadership that did not take care of my complaint when I contact the Revdex.com.
To whom it *** concern: *** (not ***, his wife) was the one talking with *** about shipping the Avalanche. All we did for this potential customer was to provide a quote, an estimate. He seemed to like it but never committed to working with us, as he did not provide credit card info, specific locations, addresses names and numbers for pick up and delivery, never requested the contract and, of course, never signed it. Needless to say, nothing was EVER charged. This was NEVER an order, just a quote, so we were in no obligation to go any further, As this potential customer had some specifics about the dates he could receive the vehicle or not, out of good faith, we started looking for a truck to accommodate him. Again, with no obligation in our end, and no commitment on his end. So, in our eyes, Mr. was never our customer, neither was his wife ***. We provided a quote, they didn't contract us, we worked for free, the prices went up so we passed *** information on to them. Had they booked with us, we would have never ask for an penny more. In fact, as the broker, we were not charging more, but this works in a "offer and demand" manner and truck prices just went up, for which he would have had to pay more. We went above and beyond trying to secure a carrier for this person even though we had no guarantee he was going to book with us. Not only are they NOT entitled to a discount (a discount from what? I might add) but I also find the fact the *** chose to leave this review very disappointing.
As I said, my husband was under the impression that Mr. did indeed consider us a customer and put our truck on his board. We did get a quote from Mr. and when my husband called a second time, Mr. said the quote was still good. So what Mr. said and did were two different things.He did not return any of my husband's calls or texts after that second phone call, that is why the woman called us, she returned Mr. phone calls because he was taking a leave of absence. There is where the ball was dropped. Mr. didn't return the calls and texts so we couldn't give him a credit card. Mr. told my husband once he booked a truck he would take the credit card info. He also said he would call my husband to get that info, so we waited to hear from Mr. When he didn't call, that is when my husband started texting, and calling. Because of this we had to start all over again and wait for another week before our truck was shipped by another company. As far as working for free, the company we went with did not charge our card until the truck was picked up. So what Mr. said and did were two different things.
