I purchased a set of wheels and tires from WheelHeroThey don't balance the wheelsWhat they do is put a bag of beads inside the tire, tell you it is an upgrade for freeThen when you can't drive over 60mphbecause your car is shaking due to your wheels not being balanced they tell you they will reimburse you your costs to have the job they should have done, done yourselfSo you do believing, like a chump,that they will keep their wordThen they tell you after you pay for the job they didn't do ,that they can only reimburse you part of the costWAY TO GO WHEELHERO!!!! Ordered my wheels & tire package around thanks giving time, was in hopes to get them the same week but a couple of my wheels needed to be shipped into the main warehouse before they could fill my orderCustomer service was very polite and quick to answer all my questions on when I would get my wheels inOnly took them a few days before they shipped my order out but being a holiday week I had to wait a weekWhen I got my package I was very surprised on how well this company wrapped each wheel & tire in plastic and had cardboard wrapped on either side of each wheelThey really didn't want any damage done in shipmentAll hardware was wrapped neatly into the bottom wheel so it couldn't get lost in shipmentI did call them because I thought they had forgotten to send me the hub rings but after talking to the customer service rep he told me my truck didn't need them and they instantly refunded me the price of the rings Everything was clean and balanced nicely from wheelhero so I had nothing to worry about thereVery easy company to deal withI recommend them to everyone that is looking for wheel & tire packagesThey really strive to beat prices!

Great company my wife bought me tires and rims for my Fpackage arrived over packed only way any of the rims would get damaged is if the whole skid would of flew off the truck! Lol Had to take to my local 4xshop very trusted company and the owner called and said wheels were not balanced charged me bucks to rebalance all! Wife sent the email and within a hour Wheelhero responded with get a receipt and email we will reimburse you for the cost! Truck done me happy Wheelhero reimbursed us the dollars in a hour!
