Started out great. I needed a new set of tires for my Yukon and they offered a set of wheels and tires for the lowest price I could find plus FREE shipping, free lugs and locks, and free mounting and balancing. I got an e-mail from Luis stating the wheel I chose would not fit inside my wheel well due to me lowering the Yukon and the aggressive offset so he saved me from getting a wheel that I couldn't use. They showed up only 3 days later. They looked great except one wheel had a few blisters in the chrome. I called and was soon e-mailed by Scott in customer support. At first it seemed strange to talk via e-mail only then Scott explained why they handle problems seperate from the phone sales team. After a few e-mails and pictures of the wheels they ended up shipping me a new wheel and for a small fee allowed me to keep the one with the blisters so I ended up with 5 wheels. Scott went to bat for me, even speaking with the owner of the company. The owner seemed just as concerned as Scott was and made sure I was treated fairly and wanted to make things right. The wheel defect wasn't their fault but rather than blaming it on the wheel manufacturer they took care of me themselves. I'll gladly recommend them and will buy from them again.

I had some severe tire issues when I first got my wheels. Scott was extremely helpful in getting the problem taken care of quickly. They sent me a new set of tires at no cost and were very responsive to my concerns. I will buy here again.

Ordered my wheels & tire package around thanks giving time, was in hopes to get them the same week but a couple of my wheels needed to be shipped into the main warehouse before they could fill my order. Customer service was very polite and quick to answer all my questions on when I would get my wheels in. Only took them a few days before they shipped my order out but being a holiday week I had to wait a week. When I got my package I was very surprised on how well this company wrapped each wheel & tire in plastic and had cardboard wrapped on either side of each wheel. They really didn't want any damage done in shipment. All hardware was wrapped neatly into the bottom wheel so it couldn't get lost in shipment. I did call them because I thought they had forgotten to send me the hub rings but after talking to the customer service rep he told me my truck didn't need them and they instantly refunded me the price of the rings. Everything was clean and balanced nicely from wheelhero so I had nothing to worry about there. Very easy company to deal with. I recommend them to everyone that is looking for wheel & tire packages. They really strive to beat prices!

I purchased a set of wheels and tires from WheelHero. They don't balance the wheels. What they do is put a bag of beads inside the tire, tell you it is an upgrade for free. Then when you can't drive over 60mph. because your car is shaking due to your wheels not being balanced they tell you they will reimburse you your costs to have the job they should have done, done yourself. So you do believing, like a chump,that they will keep their word. Then they tell you after you pay for the job they didn't do ,that they can only reimburse you part of the cost. WAY TO GO WHEELHERO!!!! YOU SURE GOT ONE OVER ON ME.
