Center caps on wheel do not fit f250 and f350 real axles hubs. So far 3 months have gone by and nothing has happen to correct this problem. Several emails have been sent and even pictures. All I get as a explanation is, this is the correct part.

I ordered tires and wheels from WheelHero.com. The size I wanted had to be manufactured and I wash't surprised by the lead time required to get my wheels and tires. At the expected time my shipment arrived and only one out of 4 wheels and tires arrived. While it was clear all 4 had been palleted together, somewhere along the shipment route they were separated. I advised the driver of the shortage and he had me notate the shortage on the delivery receipt and he called it in and issued the claim number. With my claim number in hand I called WheelHero and was assigned to Scott in Customer support. Scott id a great job in expediting my three missing wheels and even allowed me to change to tire size on the fronts as the one I received was just a little too big. I couldn't have been happier with the support I received. I would not hesitate to recommend WheelHero to anyone interested in tires and wheels. It is often said that having problems happens in the course of business happens; however, it is how you handle a problem that separates great companies from good ones. WheelHero is a great company!

I was nervous at first. Because I had never heard anything about them before. But now that I have felt with them I have found that they are very quick to answer the phone and emails about any questions or problems that you might have. If I needed any more products from them I would no problem giving them my business again.

I recently purchased a complete package set of wheels and tires for my 2015 Ford F150 Platinum truck from WheelHero.com. I had searched around a lot of different sites for price matching. I could find no one even close to the shipped out deal I got from WheelHero. And they immediately shipped out my product and it arrived faster than they even said it would. I show off my new wheels to my friends, and they are upset that they paid a lot more than I did and they had to then take the wheels and get them installed on the rims. With WheelHero they were installed with the sensors and all I had to do is install them on my truck and enjoy. I highly recommend them and when I purchase my next new truck I will be using WheelHero again without hesitation.

I originally went to wheel hero to purchase my new set of wheels because of their fair prices and large selection of rim styles. There are so many competitors online in this market so it was difficult to choose. I would confidentally recommend them to a friend knowing their customer service lives up to the rest of the business. I was missing a lug bolt and Scott and Luis took care of my request right away I was on the phone for a total of 10 minutes and Luis said no problem and sent me out what I needed. By the time I was off the phone my order was being processed.
