On August 26,a contract was put in place with US Waterproofing to replace Drain tile and a utility sink in the basement of my home.The contract stated that Job would take days to complete which would include preparation for the actual job on 10/01/2016, Drain Tile on 10/04/and on 10/08/job completion All took place except on 10/08/the Tech came out as scheduled but only to install the utility Sink He did not have the dry wall that was supposed to replaced after replacing the drain tile that was to be included with the drain tile replacementI was told by the Technician that he will come back to replace the replace the dry wall and to properly install the utility sink since he was missing part to connect the hose to sinkWe have not heard from the technician and made several attempts to have someone come out to complete the jobI spoke to KAZ whom I am told is in charge and he was very rude, nasty attitude, and insulting to tell me that he finds it hard to believe the job is not completedThis is job that cost me $6,and all I wanted was someone to come out and complete the jobThis is not an unreasonable request This is due to me as a paying customerEven if KAZ had doubts the appropriate thing to do would be to send someone out to as the concerns.Pictures have been sent to Kaz via email and still awaiting a responseThis is unacceptable and I am in process of LAW Suit

After years of living with a leaky basement that had flooded on three occassions, we finally decided to call for help Matt and his team at US Waterproofing were just what the doctor ordered They were professional, curteous and extremely knowledgeable They worked with me to come up wth a solution that fit my needs and my budget and then completed the work in an efficient and timely manner After several heavy rains, I'm thrilled to say that our basement has never been dryer I would highly recommend their services!!

We had seepage and I called US Waterproofing The scheduling and staff were very accommodating for our schedule We had a few quotes and felt that US Waterproofing had the best system The salesperson was thorough and answered our questions in detail When the work was performed, the crew was courteous and clean The job was very big and our house was left in very good condition I would highly recommend US Waterproofing

Had a problem for years with seepage Lately with the storms we have had, it was getting very frustrating US Waterproofing analyzed the problem, came to my house times to determine where the problem was coming fromRecommended a possible solution, but was honest enough to admit that it might need more work than the initial suggestion
