Mam,We are sorry for the confusionAt no time did Koons intentionally misrepresent anything to youAs you share the sales man and the manager both shared the price on the windshield was a cash priceWe would love to be able to help you purchase a vehicle and have no reason not to assist, this is after all the line of business we are inAfter speaking to the manager who assisted you he shared that they really enjoyed working with youYou were polite and very friendlyThey tried their best to make a deal happen for you but were unable toWe did not mean to imply that your credit was poor only that with your bureau score the banks we could obtain financing with required a large feeIf we could have helped you we certainly would haveIn addition, your co-buyers state issued id wasn't being held intentionallyHad either of you asked for it it would have been returnedThe manager shared that it was on his desk and he just forgot to return it until after he reviewed the options for financingHe also mentioned that there were no other vehicles shared with him that may have been of interest to youYour first post did not share additional vehiclesRegardless, we apologize for the experience you had at KoonsOur sales man and manager enjoyed working with you and felt you were understanding when they explained the financing situation to youAt no time did they sense hostility or discontentThere was no advertising involved here as the price advertised is the purchase price of the vehicle when paying with cashThank you for your time and again we apologize that we couldn't please you,Koons Auto

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They are continuanlly stating the care was out of 50/warranty The car began having issues during the first week I received the vehicle it was well within the time frame It has now been OVER months and the car still is not running right I was told I could take the car anywhere I wanted to have it looked it and I would have to have this done thru my warranty but that means I would have to pay for the diagnositic or I can use the service station next door them and they would waive the diagnostic however, after speaking with the manager at [redacted] I would have to drop the car off and leave it and would have to find my own transportation to and from work until they resolved the issue or figured ot what was wrong with it I have had nothing but problmes with this vehicle since I purchase itThere was not an appointment set up for me on 9/13/I was told to set the appointment up myself with [redacted] the Mgr @ [redacted] and that's when I was told I would have to leave the car As far as the scam with he warranty company you already have the emails between myself, Donna (Service Mgr Koons of [redacted] ) and MrKoons Donna herself told me that Koons intentionally "sat on the car" for a couple weeks with the intentions of warranty company paying for the repair not Koons Koons got VERY upset with me when they got caught and told me so It's been one thing after another I have asked since the first week I had the car to put into something else it has now been months and I am still having problems it still sputters, acts like it wants to cut out and "hops" and jerks you around I just want what I am paying for This has gotten crazy and way out of hand and I am being made to look like the bad guyI just wanted a different vehicle nothing for free I am sure Koons had several more vehicles on there lot in the same price range but they refused and I have been getting the run around since the first week Yet, they consider this exceptional customer service I don't think so They also made reference to the fact that they don't know who would have told me to put the additives in the car because it would be bad gas well that came from Danny - Service Manager @ [redacted] Trust me I am not making this stuff I just want a good vehicle I am purchase a car for $and it doesn't even run right Just put me in a different car if [redacted] doesn't want to deal with it fine I will go to one of their other locations let them do the swap that's all I want I am not trying to get something for nothing All I have wanted since I got the car was to be put into a different car that runs I cant continually take time off of work to get this taken care of This should have been resolved months agoThat's it! [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:i was not told that the was the "cash price" of the car until after all my info was given to the salesman and the finance manager took my paperworkI specifically stated that I wanted to finance the car and at no time was I ever aware that the was a cash price until my credit and my my co borrowers credit had been checked at which time I was told the car was then some dollars with offfor my car and cash that the salesman knew I did not haveI told the saleman I did not have any cash and would have a trade in.I asked about other cars on the lot and I was never ever given a price for any car that I asked aboutwas displayed on the windshield and there was nothing stating that it was a cash price.we sat there for almost hours without any answers to any of my questions about any vehicle on that lotDid I also forget to mention that my moms state issued id was kept almost the entire time we were there they said because the copier wasnt working .Extremely unprofessionalAnd if our credit was so bad why were you going to finance dollars at payment well beyond what I told the salesman I could afford Regards, [redacted]
