I am highly disappointed in the lack of customer service, and wish I had read reviews before ordering from this companyThe website claims that it takes 3-days for the order to shipHowever it has been days and my package has not shippedI followed your process of entering a ticket online to ask a question and I did not receive a responseKottonZoo's website says a customer service rep will reply within 24hoursIt has been two days and the only response I've received is "your ticket number is #XXXXX." I have a VERY simple question: when will my package ship? I called customer service as well, but the call was only picked up by someone who could write a ticket, and who could not answer a questionThe "message taker" told me that the company only communicates via e-mail and will get back to me in the order the tickets are received VERY frustrated with KottonZoo

USPS had an issue delivering to my address without an apartment number specified so I emailed their support to ask if they could resend it once it had returned to them They responded promptly, clarified the address, and shipped it right back out Very generous and so easy! This is not my first order and each shirt has held up great
