Ordered and received two shirts. One was the correct one, the second had the wrong print. I sent a mail stating this and after sending pictures of the false shirt they said that the right shirt will be send in 3-4 days and I can keep the other shirt as well.

Made a large order with a request to expedite the order. Kottonzoo was accommodating to expedited requests and was great at communicating through out the process.

very pleased with my experiance. I recieved my order faster than expected but they were the wrong size. I contacted the customer service and very quickly they submitted my new order at no extra charge. As this was a little inconvenient recieving wrong size it was handled quickly and courteously. I would have no problem ordering from them again

This company is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. The customer service department is horrible. Let me share my experience with you.

I saw a shirt on Dom Merch and I had to have it. I am a huge fan of Broscience, I saw this [redacted], I placed the order and here we are almost 2 months later and I do not have the shirt. I even paid extra for shipping to get it here faster. I did make a mistake when placing the order I used the wrong address, however less than 5 minutes after placing the order I called their customer service line and spoke with a "message taker" and told that person the right address. I was told that the shipping address would be changed. Guess what it was not, so the package was shipped to the wrong address.

Here is the worst part, you can't speak to a manager only a "message taker" who then relays your complaint to customer service and they respond via email. However, every time I try to reply to the message I get three errors.
1. Error 403,
2. Everything looks normal, I type my message and when I hit reply, nothing happens. The only thing I can do is close the tick. [redacted] as resolved, However I can't leave any type of message.
3. Wrong Email Address. When you try to submit a new tick under you account the system tell you that you have entered the wrong email address. There is no place to leave a email address. Not even an option to leave one.

This company is so bad. IT took my wife 2 months to get the shirts she ordered for my birthday and almost a month for the [redacted] before that. It's sad that this company has done this to me. I am sure I am not the only one, I want more product from Dom Merch but I simply wont do it because of this company. KottonZoo is the worst company I have ever used in my LIFE!

I had bought a tank on election night and never got an email about it. So, I sent an email about never getting my confirmation and they helped me within minutes! One of the greatest customer services I've ever had! I'm looking forward to shopping here again.
