This company is horrible when it comes to customer service and shipping; they refused to accept responsibility for the issues I had and all conversations I had with customer service were highly condescending in nature. I ordered a shirt from Bro Science on KottonZoo and it took 6+ weeks for it to arrive. When it finally arrived, it didn't fit, so it had to be exchanged. Sent it back to the company with the 5 dollars, paperwork, and the shirt to make the exchange. That was also over 6 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a reply saying the shirt was received/exchange being processed. Upon my final conversation with customer service they essentially alluded to the fact that I was out of a shirt, my money, and the additional money I paid for the exchange. Seems like a pretty nice way of making a profit if you ask me. HORRIBLE experience.
Did not receive my shirt/got lost on the way. After talking to Daniella from customer service, she was able to sent me a replacement shirt rapidly. One of the most helpful experiences I have had in a while! She was very professional and kind, and responded to my questions in a swift manner.
At Christmas time I received a "Tupak Chopra" t-shirt as a gift. The design of the shirt is great, but the size wasn't comfortable. Without much hassle or problems I was able to exchange the shirt for free and received my new shirt in great time.
I highly recommend doing business with these guys.
At first this company sent me the wrong product. After emailing them , Danielle took care of the situation corrected all the issues and I am completely satisfied with such an amazing and professional customer service. It was fast and effective ,never rude. I was impressed.
There was a glitch on the dommerch website OR on my PC that caused 2 orders to be placed; the one I wanted and an additional one with 3 of the same item.
Whatever the cause, I reached out to customer support and they took care of the problem quickly with no hesitation or long tedeous process.
I was grateful for their help and the person-to-person communication. They're an example of what customer service SHOULD be.
I had a really wonderful experience buying a shirt from the BroScience website via KottonZoo. It was my boyfriend's birthday so I wrote to CS asking them to withhold the receipt and add a "Happy Birthday" note to the package for me. Not only did they agree, but they also wrote me back with a very friendly and personal message wishing my boyfriend a happy birthday. I would definitely recommend them, and would purchase more products from them due to their friendly staff and great service.
Great customer experience. Accidentally ordered twice. From the time I called in to the multiple follow up emails they were very courteous and helpful. Fast response time via email as well. Great company.
I have ordered from Kottonzoo three times. The shipping is pretty slow, but my order has always been correct and arrived within the estimated time frame. I have only had to contact customer service on one occasion. They responded by the next day and were helpful and friendly. Other than somewhat slow shipping(5-7 business days), I have no complaints with Kottonzoo.
I received the wrong tank top, so I had to open a ticket on their website to solve the problem. Contrary to their "returns and exchanges" form, which didn't seem very accommodating, their customer service was very good. The representative I talked to was kind, responded quickly, and accommodated my situation nicely - they sent me my correct tank top pretty quickly.
I have never written a review of a company on the Revdex.com but I would just like to say how pleased I am with not just the products of KottonZoo but also their service. There was an error with the shipping of a part of my order. I followed up with KottonZoo and a representative was extremely helpful and they quickly got it squared away! They have a loyal customer!

I placed an order this this company on 11/29, after 3 week I still did not have my order. I called and got the ANSWERING SERVICE, really this is an internet based company that doesn't have a customer service department? Well I had to call AGAIN a week later 12/21 because I still did not receive my order. I received an email that my order had finally shipped on 12/21 and will not be delivered until 12/27!!! Are you kidding? This company is a joke. I would of though they would of over night my order since they messed up, NO compensation and I paid for shipping which was fine back in 11/29, now on 12/21 this is ridiculous. Worst company I have ever dealt with,
Customer service is non existent. When you call customer service it is only an answering service, they cannot check on order status. For 3 days and 10 contacts with them and still no response. No response to submitted requests online either

I wasn't pleased about having to pay for the exchange or the shipping, but I don't even care, because Kottonzoo was so nice and maintained open communication throughout the whole process. I think I've been in touch with Daniella the most and she's been very helpful.
I've bought a number of items from here, and delivery always made its way to me on time, considering the US to Aus delivery.
I lost my confirmation order and receipt but after speaking to one of the customer service team they sorted out app my information in minutes and had my receipt and tracking code for my parcel. It was above and beyond, the small things matter. Was very happy with your team. Answered my question perfectly without any kind of run around. Will always continue to buy more from you.
My order got lost in delivery and when I contacted customer service they responded quickly and helped me get my product that I ordered. I will definitely continue dealing with this company if they keep up this quality of fast service.
