[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I never received the copy of the Agreement signed by both parties and I think it is required by the company that they do send me the copy of the agreement and it is required (i only got agreement which I signed - attaching)I always check my spam emails and emails from the Select Security never goes to my spam emails and smart filter on my gmail is always onThey cant give this as a reason and also, The phone conversation is confusing as they put Credit Card and Length of agreement on same line and the time they installed on my Home it was later night and we had a baby (Close to 10PM) I am attaching the agreement I got from the select security I which I only singed for the Revdex.com reference and never got agreement signed by both parties Regards, [redacted]

solution to the problem Select security is still willing to offer me service, at an increased price, for a service that does not workThey are telling me they can renew my contract , without notification, every year I agree, this is in the contract, but it was never explained that this would happenI would continue with their service if some agreement could be madeHow do I reduce the monthly cost, especially since I now m paying for service thT will not workHighly unprofessional on their part not willing to work with me.

We can install the cellular unit for $199.00, which includes parts & laborThe monthly would increase by $13.00, which is a discounted rate for the cellular monitoring
If you choose not to install the cellular bathen the only other way we can monitor the alarm system is if you contact the phone company and reconnect the landline

I accept that I am responsible for the monthly monitoring fee for the remainder of the contract period. I obviously agreed to the month term by signing the electronic contract presented to me by the contract salesman and then later verbally agreeing to the terms with the customer service rep on the phone. I still wish to cancel my service.I recommend that Select Security make it crystal clear to its sales contractors that lying to potential customers by telling them that there is no contract period it not acceptable.Sadly, I will never recommend Select Security to anyone who asks me about home alarm monitoring and I will never be a Select Security customer ever again

You originally signed monitoring agreement on May 26, On October 12, you called our office and explained that the house was soldThis was only months after system was installed
At that time we advised you that the contract would have to be transferred to the new owner or we would need to pull the systemSince the new owner did not wish to continue services you called us to pull the alarm system on October 30,
We advised you that there would be $move fee and new agreement that needed to be signed. At that time you disputed the move fee and also requested a lower rateWe agreed to waive the move fee and lower your rate by $
On May 20, you called to notify us that you sold your home again and would be moving to AlabamaWe again advised you of the contract term and advised you that new owners would need to transfer services in order to avoid a penalty
After speaking to the new owners you called our office and notified us that the new owner was not interestedOur company agreed to pull system and bill you 50% for the remaining contract instead of 100%
At this time we can only offer the 50% penalty for terminating your agreement earlyWe feel that we have offered a fair resolution in order to close out your account.
