Kwik Tow Towing & Impounds

Just moved into my new apartment and was told I can park “anywhere that isn’t covered” for now while they get my liscnese plates assigned to a parking spot. Got home at 12:30 AM after a long day of work and before I could make my morning coffee run at about 5:45 AM my car was gone. I had to call 911 as I was not notified of this at all and I was sure that my car was stolen. I had to pay 200 dollars for my car. This is completely unfair and caused a huge inconvenience to my day.

The Gentlemans account is accurate with the exclusion of his attitude, demands and inappropriate comments to my female yard managerThe vehicle was non-towable due to missing all custom lug nuts, We used a set of our tires and rims to tow it then removed them to put back on the vehicle they were borrowed fromIf he brings us the proper lug nuts and pays his towing fee I will be more than happy to put them back on the vehicle

Hi [redacted] I am [redacted] owner of Kwiktow I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we caused you last night I'm not an excuse guy but we did have a driver call out last night which put us in a bad situation for our far East valley properties I am sending a day driver as we speak to remove the vehicle if it still their, we are also going to add more signage to your parking space to see if we can deter people from parking there I understand that you are upset right now but I don't think us being shut down is a viable solution to this eventAll crew members involved have been reprimanded and counselled

We were not notified of the management change at a property we have serviced since 2008. I sent out a refund for the full amount she has asked for in our Emails. I don't blame her for being upset I only wish the management would take some responsibility instead of giving... misinformation to their residents and making us look so bad in an unfortunate situation.

This not true how they are making it seem! The court could not do a order of protect towards a company and I did not know that and the *** court "judge" informed me of this! Not because this wicked company was in the right! Plus the cop on that they called at the end of the day told them if they were to take the car while I was there that the tow truck driver would go to jail! Boy these *** don't stop with the LIES!
They love fiat money and will try to take what you have to use it to get that fiat money! The driver on record (voice recorded) stated he did not like "black" people! God will end them in time! Can't run from God!
I know this is Arizona and I a great amount of "whites" don't care for "blacks" but thought I would put that out there!

I'm a very responsible and professional Private Impound Company OwnerI understand that you are not happy about being towed from a HC space at Montelano and I'm sure you didn't parked there on purpose but mistakes do happenI have no problem refunding you $of your $117 but your rant
regarding Scams & Collusion for profit is out of line and unacceptable at bestIt's very simple you parked in a designated HC space without a HC placard on Private Property and got towedNow if you would like to take some responsibility for your mistake and change your attitude as well as your insatiable desire to defile our good companies name for doing what we were hired for. If you were physically handicapped I'm sure you would be berating us for not towing a carLet's see if you can respond in a mature manner and I will be more than happy to work out a reasonable deal with you

Truly the rudest people I have met in my life You will to get a service done and they will completely ignore until it is convenient for them Then when you call to ask them simple questions they will hang up on you if it's convenient and will not put an effort to their work schedule The girl who works in the morning literally said she couldn't do anything for me because she wasn't there when u first called
They don't do business well and even when you are calling for simple questions can be very good
I know it's a tow company but they should treat customers or prospect customers with respect The man will continuously disconnect the call and disrespect you on the phone even if you are calling with a simple question
This company as a whole has the worst service

What a unprofessional response but I should expect that from a towing company that operates like they doI do not accept for the following reasons
1.) My car was on PRIVATE PROPERTYThat means my agreement with my apartment complex is what matters not what some it at Kwik tow thinksRegardless of what parking issues *** ** *** has Kwik tow has to be smart enough to realize that there are RULES on private property for towing carsMy lease does not state my car can be towed for being backed in or double parked therefore Kwik Tow cannot tow my car or they need to show PROOF in writing that the residents at Cabana including myself AGREE to not park in that specific violation(s)There is in fact no rules that state that my car is subject to be towed based on it being parked backed in or double parkedThe complex has told me I am right and they are changing the leaseMy complaint against Kwik tow is they are not smart enough to know the rules where they tow cars and they towed my car illegally and I have already attached my vehicle community policy on my lease

I have notified this company on numerous occasions about cars parked illegally in handicap parking spacesNot only did the company fail to respond on all occasions (11/16/17, 12/24/16, 01/13/17), but the lady was very rude with me when stating, "I do not like you repeatedly callingMy drivers are too busy to respondThey will get there when they get there"Note to other landlords: Do not use this towing service

The Management has already refunded Mr *** $for the tow although that was omitted from his initial complaint I have no further response considering the communication has moved to name calling & character assassination

Your vehicle was tagged by on property Security for backed in & double parked We were called out by Security to remove your vehicle We are not affiliated with Security in any way I'm not sure why your complaint is against us, I guess just an easy target for you
The Property management has my cell ####-###-#### and has made no attempt to talk to me regarding your vehicle and I have spoken with them on occasions in the last week The Community has extreme issues with overnight parking capacity so I'm not sure where in your Lease documents it says you can double park, if that is the case then Management should give you a special pass for your dashboard that says you can park anywhere you want then you would not have any issues other than your neighbors not having a place to parkI have attached a photo from prior to tow Kwiktow declines any refund or reimbursement of any kind

Extremely poor (and vulgar) customer service, questionable business practices and the employees at the associated impound lot I visited left work at least two hours early, leaving me without my vehicle for an extra day.

If you are looking for an apartment, DO NOT under any circumstances move into a residence where the leasing office has a relationship with Kwik Tow. They will find an excuse to tow you.

My car was towed saterday night by kwik tow..when I contacted the towing company I told them that I was not asking for the car back but that my purse and diaper bag was in my car and that I had medicine for both me and my grand baby in that diaper bag. (I'm a insulin dependent diabetic and the baby was on antibiotics) the young man that answered was named chase...he was very rude and told me that I would have to wait for Monday to get those things....I explained that my med was life saving medication and that in life threatening situations where someone's life was in dangers he could not prevent me from my meds and that someone would have to meet me and allow me to retrieve e those medications.I could not wait till monday ,he implied I was lying and hung up abruptly.....something needs to be done about this...I'm furious.
