Mr *** contract was input into our system on January 5, 2015. We did speak with the homeowner and let him know how far out we were approximately for his type of work - depending on the weather. Due to some storms that we had, our whole schedule was pushed
back. As of today, this job has been completed per the contract

Kyko indicated 2-weeks for job completion but upon further conversations with their scheduling people only one day notice is given for work schedulingWork was not completed for over 1/monthsIf scheduling is only done one day out how can weather play a factor that is assuming jobs are scheduled in a timely and professional mannerI experienced additional damage as part of the delaysThe job was actually to repair the plywood on the deck then apply three coatings and paintKyko clearly knew the deck was breached and any rain would cause more damage given these facts they were remiss in not repairing the plywood to stop the leak then come back when scheduling and weather permitted according to their policies to complete the workKyko response doesnt address the complaint only the result of work being performed

Mr***,I can understand why you would be frustrated with the time it took to get to your job and I agree we should have done a better job communicating that there could be substantial delays due to weatherIn this case would it be acceptable if we pay the delectable for the repairs up to $or the actual increase in the cost of repairs due to the extended time it took us to get to your project? Since this complaint a crew has been sent out to the house to confirm and or complete any roofing repairs that were needed on this roof. We have spoken with ** *** and provided her with a check for her interior damages in the amount of $

I spoke to [redacted] and arranged for my people to meet him early this week to take care of the outstanding issues. It is my understanding that both of these people have reschedule to next week. I have an appointment with [redacted] tomorrow at 9am, not sure if that appointment will also need to be rescheduled. As far as I know we have discussed all of the issues and have made plans to remedy them.

We are currently in the process of getting in contact with the customer to work this out.  We are willing to pay the A/C bill and have the ceiling repaired.

The two AC units and one of the coolers have been fixed. One of the coolers remains broken. A drywall repairman inspected the damage, but did not provide any estimates or dates on when it would be fixed.  It has been three weeks since the inspection and we have not heard from him regarding the repair.  My complaint has not been resolved.

I had a leak in my roof, I was recommended to Ky-Ko Roofing by my home insurance agent. When I had my initial estimate, the worker for Ky-Ko Roofing never even inspected my roof. He just showed up to my house and handed me a quote for the project. I called another company that was referred to me, that company actually inspected my roof and provided pictures of the damage.Their quote was more than half the price of Ky-Ko Roofing. When I called Ky-Ko Roofing to ask why their employee never even inspected my roof, the lady on the phone was very rude and told me that their workers are required to inspect all roofs. I told her that this worker had not inspected my roof and just handed me a quote, she very rudely informed me that she's pretty sure he inspected the roof and would call the worker to verify that and let me know. its been over a week now and still no call, I would guess that's due to the fact he told he didn't go on my roof.

KY-KO recently installed a new asphalt shingle roof on my home. They were very responsive to my needs, showed up as scheduled, and performed like professionals. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

KY-KO came out very quickly after our carport roof was damaged during the recent monsoon. The gave me what I consider a very fair price, and finished the job even faster than their estimate.

The new roof looks great, and I believe it has strengthened my carport.

The workers left the area cleaner than it was before they came. I recommend KY-KO to anyone needing roofing services.
