We truly apologize for the troubles that Mr*** has been having with his vehicle. Efforts were made to contact him to discuss his ongoing concerns. With that said, Mr*** personally met with Steven P*** todayMr*** is allowing us to attempt to trade him out of this vehicle to a vehicle that is mutually agreeable to him and the lender and is contingent on the lending source approval. We reached out to Mr*** and traded him out of his vehicle into another vehicle. He is happy with the resolution. Release attached, signed by him stating that he is satisfied

We are sorry for the troubles that Mr*** is having with his vehicle. Steve ***, the General Manager has been in contact with Mr*** and we have committed to addressing his concerns. A service appointment was set for today, however due to the weather he needed to
reschedule. We will follow up with him to schedule another appointment. The option to trade into another vehicle is also available to him if wanted

We are sorry for the troubles that Ms. *** had with her vehicle. Steve *** the General Manager has contacted her and in the spirit of customer satisfaction they found a mutually agreeable vehicle as a replacement. She is satisfied and will be taking delivery of

Mr*** had a service concern with his *** that he purchased from us in February 2015. I contacted him and set up a service appointment for him. Almost all of his concerns were covered under his extended service contract that he purchased. The one concern that wasn’t
covered by Mr***’s extended service contract, West Herr covered the cost of in the spirit of customer satisfaction. Thus far, we feel Mr*** is satisfied with this resolution.Stephen P*** General Manager West Herr Used Car Outlet

The owner of the vehicle, [redacted], had concerns with the detail and cleanliness of her vehicle upon delivery. This is not a typical West Herr experience and we are sorry for the inconvenience she was caused.  A goodwill gesture has been extended to her and Ms. [redacted] is satisfied with the resolution of her concerns.

Steven P[redacted], the General Manager of the West Herr Used Car Outlet has contacted Mr. [redacted] to discuss his concerns.  While the repair that is in question is operational, we have committed to replace it as a gesture of goodwill to the customer.  We are waiting for him to contact us back...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  While Steve has done his best, because this is a new vehicle and new loan I would have to trade it in, and my payments on even a similar vehicle would double to about 5-600 since it would have to be paid off with the interest. At this point because this vehicle is 2 months old (loan) on a 60 month loan, its unrealistic to trade it in on something smaller or less suitable. Ive already come out of pocket over $2000.00 within the first 30 days of ownership, and am only interested in swapping or trading it in for a 4x4 Full size Truck.hing else is a downgrade. And even then my payments will still double. This is not a solution, the idea that west herr would throw some money in the deal for my out of pocket expenses etc wont help at all, it will just DOUBLE my existing payment.  Steve P[redacted] advised me on 5/4/16 he didnt think anything they have in inventory would work for me since it would be prohibitively expensive monthly payments. At this point I would like monetary consideration in the form of cash or check for the work that SHOULD have been performed under warranty but through no fault of my own was denied. Since I have already spent thousands on this vehicle to make is safe and roadworthy, the only other option is to swap out this vehicle for a similar or better full size 4x4 vehicle with towning capability, with the same or similar payment. Ive spent enough money fixing it.  Thank you!

We have given Mr . [redacted] over $500 in goodwill gestures over the last 12 months.  We feel that the goodwill gestures are satisfactory to help Mr. [redacted] with his concerns. We have offered him trade in assistance over 6 months ago. We will again extend Mr [redacted] that same offer of trade in assistance towards a different vehicle. Not all the items of concern presented by Mr [redacted] were covered under his extended service contract, however, the items of concern that were covered under his service contract, were satisfied. We will contact Mr [redacted] to extend him the aforementioned offer of trade in assistance.

We apologize to Ms. [redacted] for the delay in processing her deposit refund.  The refund has been made and Ms. [redacted] picked up the check personally.

The company should provide us with 2 gas cards for 2 tanks of gas; 1 for the car not being full upon purchase, and another for the waste of gas driving to the dealership without the car being there on the first appointment. The company should also provide us with 2 full in and out details from Delta...

Sonic; 1 for the car not being properly cleaned upon delivery, and the other for the no call no show situation we endured yesterday at the schedule time of pick up at 11am. The company should also provide us with a check for 6 months of car payments due to the financial hardship they put us in with not properly handling the call to the old finance company and having multiple payments now come out on a vehicle we no longer own. The company should also provide another item of compensation for the lack of customer service, harassment issue with the salesman, and additionally the company should cease and desist from all communication from any employee as the West Herr Used Car Outlet, specifically related to the GM Steve, car salesman Joe, and any of the multiple individuals that have privately texted her cell phone without proper authorization.

They do not have my vehicle at this time I had to pay 662.00 to get it out which I feel I should be refunded some of that. Everything was not covered in the warranty and what the warranty did cover was close to 4000$ which brings me back to my initial point that this vehicle was bad at the time I purchased it. As I mentioned before I have not had the car for a full year and really it's over 4000$ in work that was needed to be done, 662$ that I did not have .

We assisted Mr. [redacted] into another vehicle.  He gave him his original purchase price toward the purchase and additionally assisted in the down payment as well.  Mr. [redacted] has taken delivery and is very happy with the resolution of his concerns.

My intent was to file complaint as a warning to other people about the bait-and-switch financing practices at West Herr. Please contact the dealer. If enough people comment or complain perhaps they will change their fraudulent practices or shut down due to lack of business. Thanks, [redacted]
