Hello,
The customer originally emailed us on 4/and again on 5/to the same email chain. Our response time form emails is 24-hoursThe customer continuously emailed Kylie
Cosmetics from the same email chain bringing her to the front of the queue with the newest emailsWe do answer the oldest emails first that is why her email was not
answered Via email today 7/the customer was advised, "We are able to reimburse you for postage please send me a receipt."

I received an empty package with the wrong name on the address lableI tried to contact customer service and they said they would have my correct order sent to me, its been a month and still no refund or productsHorrible company and complete lack of customer support or service

After a long wait to purchase Kylie's products I realize in order to buy a lipstick you are forced to buy the lip linerWhy are only two product sold separately when these products are in such high demandLip kits must be purchased, in other words you have to spend $not including shipping to buy a $lipgloss it's not fair to consumersThis makes this company look greedy and they don't really care about their customers

I live in United Kingdom, England and I have recently purchased Kylie Lip kit onlineMade all the delivery payments as requested however when the item entered UK there were additional custom charges so I now can only collect the item if I pay an addditonal £bringing the total cost to almost $63! The item itself cost $ I have tried to resolve the issue with Kylie Cosmetics customer service team but they were unhelpful and tried to close the case with a 'sorry' I feel like I've been robbed I will never purchase from this company again and I will make sure people in UK are aware of this bad experience

The customer was emailed today 11/the below:
"We are sorry you feel this wayUnfortunately each order placed only contains one thank you post card, and this has always been our practiceWhen new
product is announced and presented on snap chat it shows that one thank you post card will come with each orderWe encourage all of our customers to email
our customer service prior to order to clear up any questions they may have."

On 8/the customer was advised: "Hey MayHelvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; background-">After speaking with my manager, she has made a one time customer service exception in sending you a replacement Kyshadow thank you card from KyliePlease note, if this
occurs another time, we cannot send you another replacementWe have sent this to the address provided in your previous order.Thank you."
To verify there was a one time courtesy made to this customer to replace the card, and if the customer did not receive the replacement we would not be sending another card

The customer was advised to file a claim with USPS, once we receive the claim number from the customer we can issue a one time courtesy replacement of their packagePer our policy we do not issue refunds, see attached, we only issue replacements

HOW CAN YOU EVEN MAKE THAT DECISION WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT IT!!!!!
Ive now seen complaints on this website that say the exact same thingIve now also seen other reviews that people have recieved their lip glosses half empty
How have not given their money back eitherI think its so un professional that youre able to do this to customers.
I think its disgusting that you keep thinking im an it by telling me its the texture that makes it feel like its emptyFair enough if I just wanted to refund just because I didnt want it but I am NOT HAPPY AND ANNOYED I PAID $FOR A CHEAP HALF.PUT TOGETHER PRODUCT!!!!!!!

Very disappointed with the product and the customer service teamI live in Australia and bought the Kourt K lip kit costing me $AUDI recently contacted the CS team regarding various issues I have had including the product drying my lips, cracking and flaking off, clumping together, staining my skinI sent photos showing how after application the product dries, cracks, clumps and flakes offThe only help I received from the CS team was "sorry to hear your having trouble try these tips" or " Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds; all sales are final." I had already tried the 'tips' which did not help at all and I was not asking to return the item, I thought I had maybe received a bad batch which is why I contacted the CS teamWeather I did in fact receive a bad batch or this is just the way this particular lip kit is made either way the CS team seams to not be bothered by my concerns and the trouble I've had with this lip kit and it has been made clear to me that they have no intention in helping resolve this problemI will not be buying anymore of the lip kits (which I had planed on buying almost all of them) and they have now lost another costumer

I have ordered and received products on separate occasions from Kylie Cosmetics The first was a lip gloss Everything went smoothly in the ordering process and the gloss arrived only a few days later I received email confirmations throughout the process A week or so later, I received a notification of another gloss package being shipped Because Kylie changed the type of brush she used, she re-shipped my order to me I didn't have any issues with my current gloss brush, but because of complaints and changes that were made I was sent a new product The second order I mis-typed my shipping address I send packages to work and I inadvertently put my home address zip code with my work mailing address I emailed customer service and they responded right away that they would update my shipping address They did exactly that and again I received my product within a few days Just today I received my third order I placed the order last Friday and again, I received notifications via email along the way and everything arrived exactly as it should, when they said it would
I have nothing but positive experiences with this business and with working with their customer service department I love all of the products that I have received and I will absolutely be ordering from them in the future

! it's advertisement and now in my situation, I haven't recieved three of my products, so I think I am entitled to atleast a refund and it's unfortunate it's took me to complain about the matter to finally get a respond after numerous of messages sent.

Please be aware! When opening my lip kit upon arrival, the lid wasn't on properly and made a mess everywhere When contacting customer service, they said can't help me since I didn't have a picture to send to them So now I'm out money and wasn't able to use the lip kit ordered Customer service is horrible and it's not worth taking the chance
