It has not be solved at allI ordered from Kylie Cosmetics on June 10thI received the order the following week to find I had the wrong orderIt took the company a very long time to get back to me about next steps to solve the issueThanks to the Revdex.com they responded that I needed to send the products back first, which I didI still have not received any information from them with new shipping informationI spent over $on these products and they have my money, yet I have no productsI would like new shipping information this week or my money back

The email in regards to sending a replacement was sent in error that was sent on 4/As per the email to the Revdex.com the customer just sent a link to our website showing they are aware that we do not send replacements for lost international ordersAlso on 4/and again
on 4/the customer was advised and confirmed that we are not able to send replacements per our policy see attached

I recently purchased a Kylie lip kit and have to say it is one of the best lipstick purchases I have ever madeI put it on around 8:p.m and went out for the night eating and drinking and woke up at 10:the next morning to my lips looking exactly as they did the previous nightI have spent more on a single lipstick from other brands that did not come with a liner and does not stay on my lips for as long as the lip kitI am not particularly a fan of Kylie Jenner or the Kardashians but I am definitely now a fan of Kylie cosmetics and would buy it again in a heartbeat

I don't normally leave reviews on anything, but I was sick of seeing such negative comments being said about Kylie cosmetics when I've had nothing, but positive experiences with themI have ordered from Kylie cosmetics many times and never had a single problem! The orders have all arrived in a timely manner and the quality is excellent! They always send me emails letting me know when they are having a restock, which is awesome since I don't have the app! I definately plan to continue ordering from Kylie cosmetics in the future!

I keyed in the wrong address for my order, since they have yet to ship it, within 5mins of me purchasing the order, I emailed them to change the address and they refused saying they can't do it as the change of address is from a domestic US address to an international Singapore addressOf which does not make sense at all as they are both free shippingPrompted them again for help, the customer service representitive VICTORIA LIED THAT KYLIECOSMETICS DOES NOT SHIP TO SINGAPOREI have made over purchases now, ALL SENT TO SINGAPORE and this lazy customer service representitive is trying to lie through her teeth? Spent over tens of thousands of dollars and they REFUSE to change the address that btw is FREE SHIPPING REGARDLESS, and to top the cake, this VICTORIA is lying through her teethCustomer service needs to improvedStaff should not even try to lie to customersheh
Finish the job and change my address!!!

As I told them, I don't use Snapchat therefor I wouldn't have known this! I work for a Law Firm and if this is their Policy it should be stated "in writing" on their website.Again, this is pretty sad that they won't make this right and would rather have an un-happy customer than to send cards to include with my giftsIt's a shame that they treat their customers this wayHorrible Customer Service! If this is their Policy is should be stated on their website and NOT SnapchatI didn't order from Snapchat, I ordered from Kylie Jenner Cosmetics

lipkits are very dry and flakyhow can she let this happencompared to the other matte liquid lipsticks out there, this is the worst :-(

I ordered many Lip Kits for the first time in May and I got my order less than a week laterAll perfectNothing missingThe packages were inside a plain mail box which might explain why they weren't tampered with and they were sent with signature verification which I did not pay forI am from Puerto Rico, by the way, so the promptness of the delivery surprised me
After that I have ordered from Kylie Cosmetics on three more occasionsMy orders always go through, I always get exactly what I've ordered and I have never waited more than days for my orders
NoI do not work for this companyAs previously stated, I live all the way down in Puerto Rico so I am in no way affiliated with this companyBut I received awesome service from them and they deserve my positive review

I placed on ordered and the tracking shows delivered on Dec3,2016, But I never received itI immediately called the post office and was told that the driver is not sure if the package was delivered or notI gave it a few days (days) before I contacted the company, I called the post office back and was told that the package is not in there backroom and for me to reach out to the companyI emailed the company explained that I didn't received the package and would like a replacement as it is a christmas giftThey responded by saying to call USPS, or wait a few days to see if I will get the shipmentIt has been a week since my package showed delivered and over hrs since I last heard from this companyMy next step is to dispute the chargesI will NEVER order from this company again

If the photo does not reflect an issue, and the customer also advises they are filing a charge back unfortunately we cannot consider providing a replacementThe customer
would have to tell us that they were not going to issue a charge back so that we can look into this matter furtherAs the customer is stating there is an issue we want to look into
this for them
