I've placed many orders with Kylie Cosmetics and have nothing bad to say about them. I'm in love/obsessed with her products My orders always ship in the time frame they give and receive them just a couple days after. (Have ordered form other beauty brands and honestly Kylie ships much faster than them, and don't see anyone complain about them) I did have an order mishap twice, once the box came empty and the other time I ordered 2 different color shadows but received 2 of the same. I contacted their Customer Service and got a reply within a day or 2; they fixed the problem for me easily.
Honestly I feel her company is great people just complain or expect too much from her just because she's a Jenner/Kardashian.

Our response time for emails is 24-48 hours, (see attached) and the customer did email us consecutively on the 13th and then the 14th,  from the same email chain bringing...

matte lipsticks have a different consistency than our regular matte lipsticks; these lipsticks have more of a mousse-like, texture as opposed to a liquid consistency like the mattes.Because of the thicker consistency, this product can appear to move within the vial; please note that this is completely normal and is not a defect or an indication of missing product.

Sorry for the confusion. When charges are failed/declined, they will remove from your account within 7-12...

business days depending on your bank. As we did not actually receive the funds, there is no option for us to issue a refund. Once your bank has verified the charges have failed, they will remove the charge from your account entirely and the funds will go back into your account, a refund will not be seen. Please contact your bank for further questions.

The customer emailed us on 7/9 advising us of her mishap with her order, and we promptly responded on 6/9 requesting photos so we can authenticate the issues she described.  On 6/9 we received the customer’s photos, and we responded requesting photos of her Order...

confirmation.  Today 7/13 the customer was emailed and advise, “We are so sorry for this issue. We'll have a onetime courtesy replacement package of Dolce liner sent out to you. Processing is 7-10 business days, once your replacement package goes out you'll receive an email with tracking. For your issue you are describing with Kourt K and Heir please send photos that reflect the issues so that  we can provide you with a resolution. “ Please note that we do require photos so that we can authenticate the issue the customer is describing.

The shipping time frame for USPS international orders is 10-15 business days, which is about 3 weeks, and the shipping time frame is listed on our
10pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; background: white;">site. (see attached)The shipping is a flat rate, and it is calculated by USPS. Unfortunately as the customer stated the package was sitting for about 5
days, sometimes when packages once international packages make it to customs, they aren't updated until they're delivered. Please keep in mind that
colors will appear different on everyone depending on your skin tone and lip pigmentation.

This product is not as promised AT ALL. It dries my lips out severely, and then within 48 hours my lips are peeling and bleeding from it. Not impressed at all.

I have ordered from Kylie cosmetics multiple times and could t be happier. I received my package exactly as the tracking info had said it would. Upon receiving the lip kits packaging was great reviewed exactly the product I ordered and have zero complaints about it. Definitely recommend to others and order again myself. :)

Great quality. Prompt delivery. People like to compare to cheaper brands but there really is no comparison. You get what you pay for and this is amazing quality well worth the price.

I am rejecting this response because:
I did not ask for replacement packaging, so their policy to not provide replacement packaging has no bearing in this case. I asked for a Store Credit as Kylie Cosmetics did not take necessary care to avoid damage to their products in transit, and I think that is a reasonable request.
Anyone can sell a product on eBay as long as they don't represent themselves as being affiliated with Kylie Cosmetics or say that they are an authorised reseller or distributor. Anyway, it makes no difference - I purchased the products from Kylie Cosmetics and I am the customer. If Kylie Cosmetics does not look after me in this instance, I will no longer buy from them (I have spent over 10 thousand dollars with their company), and I will write a factual account on various social media of their refusal to compensate me for the damage.

Ordered KyShadow. Got a confirmation email for it right away, was billed two days later. No shipping confirmation two weeks later. I email asking about it & get a response that payment didn't go through so my order was cancelled & they ask for my bank account info, again!! Order was cancelled without telling me & I still got billed! I ask for a refund and no response.

I ordered from Kylie cosmetics 1 week ago. I recieved an e-mail confirming my order and that I would recieved another e-mail when my items had been shipped. After 72 hours and no confirmation e-mail on shipping I contacted Kylie Cosmetics by e-mail & told them I have not recieved my e-mail from them. I tried to log in using my details on the website to see for updates but the website had not recognised my e-mail address & password even though I had signed up an account for myself. I recieved an e-mail for me to verify a few details regarding what card I paid them with & my e-mail, how much I spent ect & they would locate my order for me but I have heard nothing back. I have since ordered a second item from Kylie Cosmetics & have also not recieved an e-mail confirming shipping after 48 hours. I have contacted them by e-mail AGAIN & heard NOTHING back. I am very disappointed with the customer service at Kylie Cosmetics, I have paid 100's of pounds for items that I haven't recieved yet they have happily taken my money and ignored my e-mails. Kylie Cosmetics is not very professional & their customer service is appalling. I will not be buying from them again no matter how much I enjoy the products I can get a better service & similar products elsewhere.

contact information which is our customer service email,[email protected], is listed under our FAQ page and the contact us link (see attached).  In addition, the customer mentioned “the process to return is
complicated” , and our website states that we do not accept returns, see attached.

As our promo only included a free stocking for orders placed for $100; therefore the caption need to reflect the correct parameters so that customers would know how to \
correctly qualify for the free stocking.

I LOVE THEM! they all Smell so GOOD and the colors are awesome! I don't understand why people are having so many issues with them, or how its The company's problem that they packages are getting stolen AFTER they have been shipped....shouldn't that be something the shipping company needs to handle?

In review of the customers’ email to the Revdex.com they have not provided an order number. In checking our system there is no order number under this email address

addition, I checked under the customer’s Kylie Cosmetics account, see attached, and there have not been any orders placed under this customer. In addition, there have not
been any inbound emails from this customer based on their contact information, including their email address, see attached. There is no evidence in our system that indicates
this customer has made an order, sent us an email, and they have not included any photos in their Revdex.com email. We would need the customer to provide the email address they
used to email us at Kylie Cosmetics, the order numbers, and photos reflecting their issue so that we can review their information.

Kylie cosmetics lipstick is by far the best lip product I've used. I honestly believe people won't even give this product a chance, or have anything positive to say because it's Kylie Jenner. I am writing this review because I've purchased multiple lip kits and I've had nothing but compliments and positive results personally. The kit literally stays on at least 10 hours regardless to if I'm eating or not. I will continue to purchase from this line. There have been times when shipping took a little longer, but it's nothing to cry about. And for everyone who complains about the price and shipping, I'm not sure where your finding better quality than this lipstick AND lip liner for that price. Everyone of my friends who have negative things to say about Kylie will see my lipkit and tell me how much they love it. And then when I tell them it's Kylie lipkit they're surprised because they only hear negative things about the product. I'm not sure what delusional land people are living in who try it and have such horrible things to say.

Currently as the charge back is open, and their bank is considering a resolution. As we cannot refund any order when a charge back is open, since if the
customer wins the charge back they will receive a double refund. Please note that if the customer does win the charge back they will get the refund they
requested, and therefore the issue will be resolved.
