Hello,
The orders numbers you provided have been in your possession for over days, order Kfrom 6/21, and order K& K1293350 from 6/10. Unfortunately, per our policy we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14-days of receipt of your packageUnfortunately your request is outside of our replacement time frame and we can no longer issue a replacement.

Please note that my initial email did not reference a time frame it was in reguards to not finding an email from the customer, see below:"I could not locate an email from this customer via Kylie Cosmetics Customer Service, I sent the customer an email requesting photos and her order numberWe do require photos reflecting the issue, and an order numberOnce we have this information then we can provide a resolution."

Ordered the KoKo K lipkitThere was an issue with the tracking numberContacted customer service, who were very helpfulWas given new information and told to let them know if lip kit didn't arrive in allotted shipping timeIt actually came early and I love the product

We are so sorry that you were told the incorrect information by our customer service.l I can confirm that we immediately corrected our incorrect action by sending the customer
a replacement of their order for Dolce and Candy this message was relayed on 6/24,
and according to the tracking 94***8***4 the package was delivered on 7/ We have not received a response from the customer on any further issues

They responded with tips and tricks on how to apply the productAs I had mentioned to them, this is not my first time using lip products nor is it my first time using kylie cosmeticsIf I didnt have knowledge or understand how to apply the products, I wouldve been complaining since the first lipkit was purchasedThat is not the caseThe company should aknowledge that the color Spice is inconsistent and does not apply well they should allow me to exchange the product or offer a refund since I have no fault as to how the formula is made.

reconfirm that $is the charge you are referring to, please advise." The customer only answered our inquiry about clarifying the last of the credit cardIn
order for us to start to research this issue and provide the customer with a resolution we do need all of the requested informationI have attached a copy of the
email content the customer sent us, showing that it is not all of the information requested

I love Kylie's lipstick, even though prices are a little bit high, the quality of this product and the pigment on their lipsticks and lip pencils, make up for it, clearly this product is amazing and I'm a really happy customer!

I placed an order with Kylie Cosmetics on October 31st 2016, received a confirmation number and tracking number by November 5thI had been obsessively checking the tracking status everyday (as I was excited) and started to become concerned by November 22nd due to ZERO movement on my packageI contacted Kylie Cosmetics customer service via email since they do not offer any phone numbersI was emailed back saying that they had contacted USPS and USPS informed Kylie Cosmetics that my package was still moving and give it time for my tracking to update, within hoursWell, December 10th rolled around and still nothingMy purchase from Kylie Cosmetics were Christmas gifts and Christmas was nearing fastI emailed them again and then was told something completely differentI was then told by someone else that 'There was confusion, and once a package hits customs Kylie Cosmetics does not receive any more information on packagesStill not seeing any updates, I tried to contact USPS, which Kylie Cosmetics refers its customers too, but was unable to talk to a real human as it is an automated service onlyThe automated service said, since my package was not insured it was untraceableMy friends and family had told me to wait until after Christmas and if it still has not come, to send another emailSo I didJanuary 5th 2017, I emailed them again, they told me to call my postal serviceI ended up Calling Canada Post and they had zero information since my pack NEVER HIT OXNARDCA! I go and send yet again, another email, stating I have called my postal service and USPS, again, and there is zero information on my package and how it never made it to my borderReplying quickly, Kylie Cosmetics told me that suddenly my package was lost in the mailBy this time I have been asking for the companies manager number and was about to call Ulta Beauty after seeing Ulta and Kylie Cosmetics had communication between each otherI was sent back an email from Kylie Cosmetics offering to send me a 'One Time Replacement Box' or a refundI took the refund considering they cannot promise my package will actually be delivered to meWorst experience I've ever had with ANY companyI have and never will refer anyone to Kylie CosmeticsA huge waste of time and money

When there is an issue where USPS does not deliver a package or they loose it in the mail, we offer a one time courtesy replacementEven thought the issue may lie with USPS we extend this courtesy to our customersIt may take a few emails and days to resolve since we
do need a USPS claim number, and we offer the option for the customer to have the package delivered to an alternative addressWe are processing the customers replacement order and it will ship out to her soon, as soon as her replacement ships she will receive an email with tracking

I bought Heir about a month ago and it was terrible not even full and I couldn't even get my money back, very disappointed considering the fact that I really wanted to like it I layed it on other lipsticks and it wasn't even matte like it said it was

I am rejecting this response because: I sent my package back with the bag so all they had to do was send the bag back with all the replacement items instead they screwed around sent only a few items and have now got no bags left.
Offer something for compensation or send one of the new Christmas bags! It's not my problem they are is and can't send the bag I sent them back to me !!!
If this can't be done then I want a full refund! I'll send their sy products back!
I am sorry but this has taken months of back and forth im so sick and tired of it!!

The customer emailed from the same email chain times in a row, this will cause the email chain to go the front with the new email sAs we answer the oldest emails first that is
why the customers’ email was not answeredToday via email we provided the customer with a return label and
advised, “Please return the damaged product using the pre-paid return label attached, please include a note inside of your package including your name, address, and order numberOnce we receive the product back, we will issue a one-
time courtesy replacement package to you; we will contact you once we receive your order! Thank you!”

So disappointed with Kylie and her teamTo start off I ordered from the first launch last Monday for the Holiday collection, and my order still hasn't even shipped yet, meanwhile people who ordered from the Cyber Monday sale are already receiving their packages.That is ridiculousThen I tried to order a special kit on her Black Friday, in less than seconds after it went live it was completely sold outShe couldn't have stocked more than a couple hundredThe funny thing is, nothing else price or that came in a big expensive set sold out at all, I checked every few hours, and even now, days later all those expensive sets and price items are still stockedSo that pisses me off as she is obviously just trying to make people buy whatever is making her the most money (and can we just talk about how is $for shipping?!)The last straw was Sunday night, all her advertisement teams had made posts on the Kylie Cosmetics instagram, on her personal instagram, and tweet stating that she would restock her Holiday Collection at PM PSTWell PM rolls around and everyone is on the website and guess what NOTHINGShe restocks NOTHINGShe either blatantly lied or her team messed up, but in either case they made no attempt to apologize or address the issueeThe edited the caption at PM PST so it didn't say it would restock anymoreHer lip products are overpriced and not very good qualityHer and her team are horrible at upkeep and customer service

We recommend to allow 24-hours for your tracking to updateThe tracking number 94***8***6 was issued 8/and should not update until 8/I checked the tracking number on USPS.com and the tracking has updated and the package has been delivered, see attached

The customers' replacement package is still currently in transit to them, tracking
Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; text-decoration: underline; background-">EC5####2453US, and international packages can take up to month to get to customersI
have opened an inquiry with USPS and they should get back to me in a week on the package location, and if it is en-route to the customer
