Although the shipping tends to be around 10 days after the confirmation email, the product is great. everything I order always arrives in perfect condition. I've ordered 6 lipkits from Kylie, and was only dissatisfied with one because the color didn't look good with my complexion.

Kylie cosmetics is a joke. I ordered from SYN cosmetics (Her brand) over two weeks ago and have not received anything. I spend over $120. The only way to contact customer service is through email to which they will never reply. I also messaged them on their Facebook page, nothing! Do not waste your time and money. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges. They are thieves!!! How this business has an A- is beyond me!

Today 9/26 via email the customer was advised:

The customer was advised via email today that as a one time customer service courtesy we will issue replacements for orders K1367244 and K1211414. We are waiting on the
customer to verify the ship to address or so this does not happen again provide an alternative ship to address.

My daughters have purchased multiple lip kits from KC. They have NEVER had an issue with delivery. There was one gloss that had a bad brush. We contacted KC and they responded immediately and sent a new entire gloss, not just a new brush. They were VERY responsive and pleasant to deal with.

I just received 2 boxes from Kylie Cosmetics, but the items were wrong. I ordered one limited edition holiday kit and one mini kit of matte lipsticks. I was sent two mini kits and no holiday kit I appreciate some help from customer service. In the email it told me it would be shipping last week. (9**SSN**8**SSN**) but it never arrived & I got two mini and full can you please verify to me that my holiday box is still not shipped yet so I don't worried so much because I spend $290 all for nothing

WORST WORST WORST customer service ever!!! I was trying to place an order on a limited edition product. The site wouldn't allow my order to process. I emailed the "resolution" team 3 times before I got a response 3 days later!! The response said "we're sorry we couldn't place your order, please go back on our website and try to replace your order". How the heck am I going to replace an order on something that was limited edition and sold out??? The more popular they get, the worst they get. Never ordering from here ever again!!!

We sent the customer an email requesting photos that reflect the issue they are describing in their email. We do require photos to authenticate the customers claim, and once we receive those photos we can then provide a resolutions.

Per our policy we do not provide refunds, see attached, we only provide replacements. Today via email the customer was advised to file a claim with USPS, and once they have the claim number 
"Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">please give it to us and we'll get back to you. Once we have the claim number we can then issue a replacement package.

I was very pleased with my purchase and my entire shipping experience. This was my first time ordering through her website and I loved the product. I received emails when my item shipped and I was able to track everything. I received my package in the time frame they listed. All of my product was there and in perfect condition. My experience was so pleasant I just ordered another lip kit a few days after I received my first 3 lip kits. It seems kyliecosmetics is listening to her customers too because the lip kits are stocked better now. Thank you kyliecosmetics for my lipkits. They were everything I was hoping they would be!

on the customer’s order, it was delivered on 8/8, and per the customers’ 8/14 email the sill had not received their order. Per our policy, see attached, we only issue replacement packages for orders that have not been received. Per our 8/15 email we advised the customer that we are issuing a replacement
package. Our exact email verbiage in our 8/15 email was, “We are so sorry for this issue. We'll have a one time courtesy replacement package sent out to you. Processing is
7-10 business days, once your replacement package of order K2052991 goes out you'll receive an email with tracking.”

I am rejecting this response because:
I recently contacted the business regarding a defective product that was shipped to me. It wasn't until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com that the company replied to my emails. They had emailed me to resolve the dispute by issuing me a replacement product after I ship back the defective product and once they receive it they will contact me regarding the replacement product. I have shipped back the defective product and it was received by the company on 7/27/2016. I have yet to receive a response from their "customer service". I gave them a full week to respond and handle the issue and yet nothing. They said their turnaround period is 24-48 hours, it's been 1 week. I emailed the company on Monday for them to confirm receipt of product, 48 hours later no response.
I would like someone to handle the issue. This will be the last time I purchase anything from this company so I will no longer need to contact their customer service. I do not want their product, a simple refund will do.

We received the customers's incorrect product back to our hub, and we are issuing a replacement of order 
255);">K1611127, Dolce Lip Kit and Candy Lip Kit. Per our policy we do not issue
returns or exchanges so we are not able to refund the product or exchange for another item.

I've placed four orders with Kylie Cosmetics, all orders were delivered in a timely fashion. Nothing was wrong with any of the products, I received everything I paid for. No complaints AT ALL!

On 8/10 the customer emailed us requesting their order be canceled, and on 8/13 we responded to the customer advising their order was canceled. Per our policy, see attached,
our response time for emails in 24-48 hours and we were within our response time for this...

The customer is requesting to purchase an out of stock item from us. Our products are only available for purchase on our site kyliecosmetics.com. If
a product is not in stock on our site we are not able to sell it to customers.

I live in France and I have received my package jamis commissioned in April 2016, and after complaint with the brand I have never been paid and they never sent me one package to compensate me their only answer "we not guilty sum for control exported outside usa "

I love Kylie Cosmetics! I have always received my orders within the time frame given in the confirmation email. I have 4 lip kits, 3 metalics, and 2 glosses which have come very nicely packed. I have never had an issue with poor quality or orders being fulfilled. I work with kids all day and had been looking for a product I wouldn't need to reapply all day as I focus on the kids all day. Great product with competitive prices I only wish they offered PayPal as a payment option but it is still a new company and is growing every day. I'm excited to see what they will do next.

answer the oldest emails first that is why her email was not answered. On 8/17 we responded the customers email advising her to
file a claim with USPS, and then provide us with the claim number. The customer provided us with the USPS claim number, and an updated delivery address. Then later on 8/17
we advised the customer we will be issuing her a replacement package, exact email verbiage, “We are so sorry for this issue. We'll have a one time courtesy replacement
package sent out to you. Processing is 7-10 business days, once your replacement package goes out you'll receive an email with tracking."
