In reviewing the account there was much confusion. On 11/a vacation stop was placed on the account through the Web, with note that the subscription would restart on 11/13. On 11/there was a vacation restart, plus a vacation stop through the web for the same day of 11/13,
which resulted in the missed papers for 11/- 11/15. Complaint was sent out to carrier about the non-delivery, so carrier restarted the service, which resulted in the papers being delivered 11/thru 11/30. Customer placed a call on 11/about the papers being delivered while away and cancelled the service. The operator entered it as a vacation stop and restart for the same dayThat kept the subscription active as a vacation hold and the customer was charged in December. On 12/the subscription was put on permanent stop. On 1/6/a refund was processed for and was refunded back to customer's credit card, not a check as customer was told. There was a refund noted on the account late October for 103.12. After checking with finance, there was a technical bank error with Chase bank and the refund did not process. The problem has been fixed and today the refund of went through. The customer can check with her
bank in the next couple of days and she should have her refund

The manager contacted the customer about getting the delivery issues resolved. The customer will be away for a while and decide to go ahead and cancel the service. The company policy for refunds is months. Service will be cancelled and a refund will be processed

When the account was changed to day service on 12/21, the CSR the customer talked to could not get the change entered. The CSR emailed a request to distribution to upgrade the service and provided the rate code for the special of per month. The CSR provided a wrong rate code which resulted in the account being charged a high rate than the quoted the customer. I have figured the difference from the quoted rate and the rate that was charged and will apply that amount back to the subscription accountI will call the customer as well

The subscription was routed to the wrong carrier. Carrier thought it was a mistake and didn't report it. The proper carrier now has the information. Service is straightened out now. The district manager has emailed Mr. *** and will reach to him by phone and give
him contact information to reach him if there are any issues in the future

The paper was cancelled by telephon and email firstThen when they refused to stop it still we logged in as I stated in my previous complaintWe have NOT received a paper since 11/06/15and NO they Never stopped the recurring paymentThey just stated payment should have stopped with vacation holdThey've charged me from 11/14-06/*** called, emailed both the paper & *** *** for months to express our desire to no longer the newspaperWeve been charged for a paper that was never delivered from 11/to 06/Ive provided all dates & amounts the paper charged us on original complaint so their response shows they are dishonest & do not do as they claimIf we had put in a vacation hold from 11/14to april you said recurring payment would have stoppedDisproven in my original complaint and on my *** statementAnd if we had a vacation hold that started back in aprilNo paper has been delivered from November 6,through currentNot 1! You are charging me for a paper I do not receiveAnd havent received since November 6,2014.I need a full refund and cancellation because someone sent me a cancellation confirmation email in November to ***com that said they cancelled paper and would refund my acct.

In checking into the offer the customer said was offered, I find there is no such offer. A refund was processed today back to the customers credit card and service has been cancelled

In reviewing the account, I find that the customer service rep the customer spoke to on March 16th had already taken care of cancelling the service and clearing the balance from the account. We apologize that the account was not stopped during the 1st call placed to customer service
