I got a call from support and he was very positive and upbeat. I am a bit concerned on the business not being a Revdex.com business, and the the Revdex.com rating is a C+ due to complaints being filed and not resolved. I do look forward to finding out for myself how it all will go.

Everything about Ladyboss is amazing! The support staff is amazing and they are very fast at replying to your emails. They definitely take care of you!

Excellent response time. My bag of Lean had some holes in the seal and leaked out in the shipment. Nikki responded right away to get me a new bag. Thanks again for the amazing support

The individuals I encountered with customer service were incredible, but my overall experience was awful. It’s been three weeks and I still haven’t received my order. I canceled my subscription, because I didn’t want to pay for another month of products that I never received. It took me three days to receive a response, despite their “no less than 24 hours” automated message. I called multiple times within their hours of operation, only to wait on hold and ultimately have no other option but to leave a message or email them... again with no response. I tried to get a refund, but my package had been scanned in the warehouse and is “waiting to ship” so they couldn’t cancel; even though that was three days ago and it still hasn’t shipped. If they had better response time, and actually shipped in a timely manner I would rate them higher. But I would rather use a more reputable product with 1000% better customer service.

After reading through your review, I was able to take in and understand the frustration you have experienced. Please know that I am so sorry. With your review, I was able to look into your cases and see what occurred. I noticed you emailed on 2/25 at 5:13 PM MST and one of our support representatives responded the next day at 9:04 PM MST. I want to sincerely apologize that we did not meet the guaranteed 24-hour time frame. We are currently experiencing a higher customer volume than we normally do and are actively working to improve. Also, I found that you ordered your product on February 12th and did not receive your order until February 29th. Please make sure to check your mailbox as proof of delivery states it was left there. Due to the delay in receiving your order, I have processed a refund for the Greens on us. Please, allow 3-10 business days for the funds to reflect your account. To make sure this does not happen again, I have escalated this to our Manager of Customer Experience as well as our Warehouse for the delay in shipment and response time. Please let me know if there is anything else we may do to restore your faith in LadyBoss.

Ladyboss customer service has always been great. They've handled the only issue I've ever had well beyond what I expected. My results liaison, Anida is soooo amazing! I absolutely love Anida's high energy, that she does what she says she's going to do, and that she listens and offers options that work for me, not just to reach a sales goal. I love the whole Ladyboss concept!

Lady Boss staff is SO SUPPORTIVE! I received a call from support after signing up. They are all about helping you achieve goals YOU set! They are willing to work with you and around your schedule!
