I love LadyBoss lean protein shake and so does my 15 year old grandson. He especially loved the Brownie batter protein PLEASE bring it back!!!!! I had no Idea it was a special addition and was going to go away until I tried to order again. PLEASE bring it back!!!
Laura was amazing. I had placed an order and recieved the wrong item. I provided a photo just to be safe. She immediately got back to me and told me they would be sending out the product I ordered. I sent a return email asking if I needed to return the other product and was fully willing to do. She stated it was their fault for sending the wrong product and no need to return it. I appreciated that so much and was more than thrilled to keep and try a product I wanted to try, even if by complete mistake. I appreciate them ratifying the situation quickly and with complete professionalism. Thank you LB, I am a lifetime costumer.

I am still waiting on my items because I just ordered them. I am SO EXCITED to start this program and be the person I know that I can be and have always dreamed of being. I never expected a phone call after my purchase to ask and answer questions and treat me like an actual friend I have known for years. Phuong is AWESOME and I am so glad I have her to support me and pretty much tell me what I need to do to be successful. I just can't wait to get started. I haven't even tried the first product and I am already "hooked!"
