Prompt, Fair Prices, Great Work ! Mike E was our Tech - very organized, very talented,

Very professional service by JoshHe explained everything in detail and made sure all was done before leavingThanks and I would recommend your service any time

We started using Lake Cook Plumbing Services a few months back when we had a major plumbing problem that flooded our playroom down stairs due to sewage backup in the yard and we needed to shut water off in the homeKeep in mind this happened on a Saturday afternoon and we tried to get other companies out ASAP and they all stated maybe Monday, etc
But when we called Lake Cook they understood the serious of our situation and came out within the hour and gave us excellent service and worked with us to correct the problem the most cost effective wayWe just used them for a air condition problem and again, great service and at a very fair priceThe people on their staff are great and take the time to explain what happened and in very detailed discussions go over the options to repair the problemMy wife and I recommend them very highly

All people I dealt with friendly and helpful

Excellent service After determining what the problem is the representative has explained in details what need to be done He is very good

Excellent attention to customer's issue and skillful troubleshooting in diagnosing true cause of problem Saved me from having to get a new water-fill tank for my toilet Chris Bwas courteous and professional, while at the same time providing customer-friendly solutions Chris with Lake Cook Plumbing service did a solid and fantastic job! And just so you know, nobody gets a from me because it's nearly impossible to be perfect but this guy came very close(My only suggestion would be for his company to provide him non-latex gloves or something safe and sanitary considering "the environment "he has to work in -- as he had all the other necessary tools to fix the problem..) Overall, great job though

I called and got an appointmentThey were able to show up even earlier than planned and got the job done quick

I certainly understand the frustration from the homeowner regarding the current situation It seems clear to me that there were unskilled craftsman that performed work at her home which resulted in the current situation As previously stated, we were there on separate occasions to diagnose a leak We identified separate leaks, all the while only charging the customer for the diagnosis fee of $ I am unclear on why the customer would assert "They charge extra so a customer is forced to have them return", when we only charged the one time diagnosis fee (which was agreed to before work started) and never charged the customer again for any of the further visits I am also extremely unclear on why the customer is stating we charged $177.69, yet she is asking for $17,in return This amount is beyond unacceptable, and furthermore, even returning the $is unacceptable We, without a doubt, identified separate leaks and did not charge the customer anything beyond our first trip to the home I find it unreasonable to believe that the faucet manufacturer would be able to determine that the improperly installed gasket would not cause a leak while not being onsite and only discussing this with a homeowner over the phone I also find it unreasonable to think that when we found a significant crack in the shower grout line, proceeded to spray water on the crack and the result was a large amount of water pouring down into the ceiling below where the water stains first prompted this process; and now say this was not part of the issue I am not denying the fact there could have been an additional issue, however, as stated before, the homeowner would not give us the opportunity to come back and continue The facts of the situation are that we found separate leaks due to other contractors poor craftsmanship When the homeowner had both of those resolved, there was at least more additional leak that could not be identified until the other we identified were resolved

Chris Bis the most competent, personable, service tech I've ever encounteredHe was polite, cool, calm, and willing to explain to me every thing that he was doing to fix my plumbing problemToo often service techs are not personable and can barely hold a competent conversationMy hats off to Chris and his expertiseI will only call him for all of my plumbing needs going forwardThanks again Chris!!!

Our field service rep was on time and efficientHe explained the problem in detail and what needed to be done to fix itHe also offered helpful hints to avoid the problem in the future

Very good and quick service

Lake Cook Plumbing Service, Inc has been very dependable for usWe have had to call on them to help us several times, and they have responded quickly and professionally

Michael was a very good help and is well educated on his jobHe was able to explain in detail what our problem was and he was a very patient person as well
I would really like for him to get a great review, and we will be recomending him to different customers as well
