I called this company to set up an appointment to give us a quote on a water filter system for our house. After the lady made the appointment and collected all my personal information, my address, email, phone #'s, she then informs me there is a $50.00 fee for the appointment! I was furious! I told her that is bad business, that if they are going to charge a fee she should have said that upfront before she made the appointment! That their company should be honest and not collect all my information then tell me about a fee, I told her I felt I had been scammed!
All business should state upfront there is a fee before they take your information and schedule an appointment!

Mike did a fine job replacing some in-wall pipe and installing a new toilet. He was efficient and professional. He cleaned up thoroughly and was very courteous. I highly recommend him.

We called for a clogged kitchen sink. We specifically asked what was the fee and they specifically said there isn't a set fee. They charge by the job. When they came over, two guys- they didn't even TOUCH anything! Not even to see what needed to be done! They first told me that there is a set fee, and proceeded to show me on their iPad what it was . $400!!! They asked that much without even looking under the sink!!!!
We ended up paying the $50 for the Apot and sent them on their way.
That same way another plumber fixed my sink in 10 minutes for $45.
There is no excuse for what happened!!!

Needed a kitchen sink replaced. Bought the faucet myself and they installed it.
Completed the job in about a half an hour for about $200..

Technician arrived promptly at the time of appointment. Personable young man; did necessary repairs in timely manner; work area was cleaned up pretty well. No problems with work.

This is the second time I have had Josh from Lake Cook Plumbing Service help me with a plumbing problem. He comes in and is very knowledgeable. He explains what is going on, then completes the task very quickly and neatly!

It was my great pleasure to have Lake Cook plumbing at my home today.. Second time they have helped.. however this time under warranty (that did not have to do). They are stand up guys.. Mike E. our service tech. was just great along with Ben (the service mgr.) What also impressed me was that I also spoked with Steve the owner he too was all about the customer. There is no question who I will call next time I need help with a plumbing need.

Pleasant experience all around

Woke up this morning and water heater was leading. Called at 8:30 a.m. and by noon we had a new water heater which is working fine.

Lake Cook Plumbing are reliable friendly and get the work done. I recommend them.

LC Plumbing replaced frozen valves for washing machine and replace outside faucet. Work done very well and competently.

They do great work and explain everything to me. They are very curtious. I would recomend them to anyone.
