To be short the dealership I feel mislead us and misrepresented a vehicle that we purchased from them We agreed to purchase the vehicle only to be told that it needed a new tire that would take min One and a half hours later we were informed that they were having to get a tire from Tampa and they offered to deliver the vehicle to us in the Panhandle of Florida Also, we asked and was told that there was only one key for the vehicle which we asked and they allowed another $on our trade in Now after the vehicle has been delivered I have discovered that the only key is not even an original key (Explorer and have a key for a Mustang) and the laser cut key to use in case the battery goes dead does not fit my vehicle I feel that all of this was known to the dealership and withheld knowing that it would have impacted our decision to purchase I have emailed and left messages but have not gotten any response from the dealership

We purchased a Jeep Patriot from this dealership and took delivery on September 5, Temporary license tag was issued and we were told that the regular plates would be sent to us in about two weeks If not, they could extend the time for another days Toda, November th we still do not have the plates and the registration is expired My wife went to the dealership yesterday to clear up the situation and was treated like an ie by the building manager, Kyle They gave her an application for registration and tried to tell her it was the same as the registration She knew better but they assured her that she was wrong The big problem was that our granddaughter was scheduled to take her drivers test that afternoon My wife and granddaughter went to the DMV for the test and presented the expired registration and the new handwritten application and were told that she could not take the test because of the expired registration and that the handwritten application was not valid just as my wife tried to tell MrKnow if all Kyle So the test had to be rescheduled but we still do not have a valid registration or permanent plates I had to call seven times before I could talk to a person after being transferred Finally a person named Jeff answered and said he understood the problem and would take care of it Obviously that did not happen This is not the only problem we have had After signing all of the paperwork and leaving, we were called about a week later and asked to come back because they forgot to have us sign a document which we did Also, because our previous vehicle did not have an antenna we did not notice that the new one was missing even though the new vehicle checklist showed that it had been installed This made a third trip back The salesman, William J [redacted] was very nice and helpful but other than him we were not treated very well
