with resellers / affiliates to process our salesIt could be possible that when the customer called he reached our one of resellers and as an option Virus Eraser Antivirus Software was offered to the customer All the proper guidelines were followed before processing the payment as without customer's permission or authorization no charges can be processed. As we can see that customer is looking for a full refund of his money per the desired settlement, we have proceeded with the sameThe amount would reflect within 5-business days back to customer's accountWe hope this resolves the concern and we would like to thank the customer for trying Virus Eraser.Thank you.Regards,Team Virus Eraser

the customer and after proper confirmation the order was placed All the proper guidelines were followed before processing the payment and without customer's permission or authorization no charges can be processedAs we can see that customer is looking for a refund of her money per the desired settlement. I am rejecting this response because: I have not received any refund It is now June of they have me a refund on the third I would have received it already I keep getting phone calls about my refund They tell me that I have to go to my computer and download a new program in order to get my refund I won't download anything from them When I asked for a physical check they told me I have to buy a $iTunes card from *** I told them in going to contact you again

Virus Eraser is an Antivirus Software company that sells Virus Eraser for windows and the mac, This behaviorHas nothing to do with Virus Eraser Antivirus Software! This is crazy to have this customer create such a complaint against our companyVirus Eraser has many resellers that sell our
software for windows and the mac with tech support We do not ever practice in what this customer says! Our website is at *** we have many affiliate partners At no point are we responsible for the actions that have been stated This customer signed a document and agreed to have his/her computer fixed via a remote process How he came to one of our partners is not related to our company

Although I am not satisfied that Virus Eraser can outline what the $907 represents after the fact, to end this relationship, I will accept the offer of $250.
