This vehicle was purchased with two warranties, one from our dealership and one the customer purchased. To clarify, this vehicle has not had maintenance completed at our shop. This vehicle was only brought to us for customer stated issues. We completeded the repairs under our
warranty even though the customer has not had the routine maintenance performed here. This vehicle should have oil changes with the current mileage, we did not have the opportunity to complete one. Our warranty requires the scheduled maintenance to be performed in our shop to keep the warranty. The customer did purchase an extended warranty which can be used at any shop or dealership. The warranty extended by our dealership is no longer valid due to no regular maintenance completed in our shop.

I have bought five Toyotas from Lancaster Toyota and have always been extremely satisfied with the sales and service staff The sales staff will make sure to give you the vehicle you want, equipped the way you want, and find you the best financing The service crew have always been great about responding to any requests for serviceWhen I first bought there about 2004, their waiting areas for service was probably above average for the best dealers I have dealt with since the early 1960s But the new service facility they built several years ago is absolutely in a class of its ownYou drive inside the drop-off area and are greeted by the service writer without getting out in the weather They have a snack bar and two waiting areas--one is a quiet zone They have WiFi and will even lend you an iPad if you wait for service They have shuttle service to Park City MallAt this time I see no reason to ever buy anywhere else
I was able to purchase a vehicle in a relatively short period of time without having to make an appointment and come back to do the paperwork I test drove the vehicle and left (relatively) shortly afterward with the vehicleIt was a good experience
