We were treated in a very friendly manner. Everything was explained to us clearly and thoroughly. We never felt like Ron was just trying to sell us a car. He asked many incisive questions to determine what we were looking for.
We bought a used Toyota Rav recently and we found Zakk to be very informative, courteous, and efficient. Such a nice young man who represents Lancaster Toyota well. Due to some circumstances beyond our control we needed to purchase a car unexpectedly and in a timely manner. Since both my sons had bought cars from this company, in the past couple of years, I knew that I could trust them and that they would have a vehicle that would fit our budget and our needs. The used Rav was clean and presented well. We already made a rather lengthy day trip with the "new to us" vehicle and was pleased with the performance.
Thankfully, I had my 60,000 mile checkup at the Toyota Dealer...so when I was hit from behind by another car, all the unfixed damages were documented as "new findings". Paul Glick was my service representative and was very helpful in getting the "missed" parts replaced without cost to me. When I went for my 65,000 mile service, he knew exactly what I needed and took a personal interest in my situation. I really appreciate the free transportation to and from my home while the car is being cared for. I am grateful for my Toyota dealership and its services.

I am a 25 year customer and have nothing but compliments for both the salesmen and the service teams with which I have worked.
