I have always had excellent service at Lancaster Toyota. I enjoyed working with Travis this time (and in the past as well). I had to make some choices about repairs and maintenance for my aging Toyota and he was honest and helpful in explaining which ones had to be done immediately. And I didn't feel pressured when I chose to postpone the less urgent ones until next time.

Purchasing our vehicle from Lancaster Toyota was a very positive experience. When the person we were working was not available, no problem, the process was seamlessly carried out by a co-worker. Wayne picked up right where Ben left off and completed the sell. It was obvious Toyota promotes this type of team work and Wayne & Ben demonstrated it. Wayne made sure all details were taken care of prior to our arrival and gave us very helpful information about the vehicle at delivery. Way to go Toyota.

Lancaster Toyota is second to none, where we consistently receive the best service. The staff, service, workmanship and facilities are top notch. We will be customers for life.

Yes, I did buy an extended warranty from the dealership.  I have had nothing but problems with this car since the purchase.  Driving 45 minutes out of my way to take the vehicle back for the problems I had was just inconvenient for me, especially once a month for 8 months that I bought the vehicle.  The vehicle has had 4 oil changes which I do myself.  The oil is changed every time the light indicator comes on.  Which I was instructed by customer service at the dealership on how to reset the code for the light after doing my own oil change.  I have never been made aware that is was in my warranty that I had to take my vehicle back all the way to [redacted] for the service;  therefore I do not know why that is even a factor toward complaint.  My problems that were brought to the company has nothing to do with a routine maintenance performance.  I am being told that there is play in my brakes and no garage tells me that that is ok.  There is still an on going noise with a loud knocking during my accelerating and braking.  I should not be disappointed in a vehicle that I bought.  I want this resolved and by doing so I want to take this vehicle to Toyota of York where it is convenient for me.  After having the problems I did I would think Toyota of Lancaster should honor that at their cost with my warranty.  I want someone other than their shop to look at my problem before my warranty runs out because apparently they can not understand there should be no play in the vehicles brakes. I pay extra for the extended warranty and the problems not being figured out.

I have used Lancaster Toyota since 2003. I have always had # 10 service in all categories. Paul G[redacted] is my "go to" rep. His service has been a spoiler.

Lisa T[redacted] is very friendly, always there to greet you. Does the best to see which coupons you have will apply to your visit and when she tells you your car will be done it is done.
The other thing I can add is that if I can help it I will never go to anyone but Lisa. Don't know to many others, but she is the best in my book.

Miguel was very courteous and professional. I was checked in and checked in a timely fashion and he explained the work done on my car in an understandable way.

Had great dealings with Lancaster Toyota on my 2016 Tundra. Salesperson was Deana B, and each of the persons I dealt with were friendly, professional and helpful. Did not waste 1 second of my time with much that goes on at many car dealerships!

Lancaster Toyota is an excellent source of automobile service. The people are most friendly and the work is done on time and in a highly professional manner. Both sales and service have delivered for me and my family.

Lancaster Toyota Service Department is the very best automobile service center I have ever experienced in over 50 years of trying to take care of my cars properly. Pricing is competitive, results outstanding, and there is no better personal service in the auto repair and maintenance industry.

Service Advisor, Lisa, was most professional and meticulous. The wait time for completion of my auto service was minimal. Comfortable customer wait area.

Bought a new Prius end of August 2016. Deanna B was my main sales person. She was friendly and helpful. Staff at the dealership were all clearly working as a team to help out customers.

Wayne L. and Pete were wonderful! These guys know their stuff. Very professional.

Had the tires on my Camry replaced by Lancaster Toyota. They gave me a competitive price on the tires plus great service which included 4 wheel alignment which is necessary when new tires are installed. Other places don't encourage alignment which leads to premature tire wear. In addition to this paid work, they also did their check of all fluids and visual inspection filling my windshield antifreeze all for free! This is one of the BEST Toyota dealers for service!

I purchased my 2004 Toyota 4-Runner from Lancaster Toyota in 2005. It now has 130,000 miles, and has always been serviced at Lancaster Toyota. Presently, it does not have a single rattle, the engine purrs like a kitten, and it runs extremely well. I believe I have always been satisfied with the service.
Over the years, I have had numerous Service Advisers. Lisa T[redacted] was my SA on my present trip: Lisa was very knowledgeable, and I even asked her how she learned all the knowledge and language.
I would not hesitate to request Lisa when the next maintenance service is due.

Had a great experience!! I definitely would recommend Lancaster Toyota and especially Bill Bock!! He is honest and dependable; these qualities are not easy to find, especially in a salesman.

The car buying process was fast and easy. I got the deal I needed and Zakk M. was a pleasure to work with both during and after the sale.

Once again a very positive experience at the Toyota Used Car Center. I bought my 2004 corolla in 07 with Jason D and just traded in my corolla for a new used 2013 corolla with Rick H. Rick H. is a very personable, knowledgeable and professional member of the sales team. He took the time to answer questions and concerns. He was a no pressure kind of sales guy and I thought I got an excellent deal on the corolla. I would recommend this place and especially Rick H to anyone looking to buy a used car.
