very professional and polite

Called Mr Sparky this past weekend to receive a quote on a full house inspectionWe were asked if we have priced other companies and we said we have They replied with "we can promise we will be higher than them" Or in other words, they didnt want our business

TOM FROM MRSPARKY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL HE COMPLETED THE JOB ON TME AND LEFT OUR HOME IN EXCELLENT SHAPE I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM

Our Technician, TJ, was excellentHe is very knowledgeable and his work was very good and was performed in a timely manner

John R Came to our home to repair a issue with the washing machine plugHe was so professional wore these floor protectors which I thought was so nice and caring to not damage our floorsHe diagnosed the Issue and even preformed a inspection of other items in our home.He was very polite and explained the straight forward pricing guide, I looked thur it why he was completing the inspectionI liked the fact that it was all laid out for me to seeHe provided me with some options for repair,safety and enhancementHe was very respectful and professional answering all of my questions and when my husband came home and had questions he explained everything again to himI have never had such a nice gentleman in my homeI even called my son and he explained everything to himHe didn't pressure us to go with the most expensive optionI wish he had business cards so I could give them to our friendsI highly recommend John R and will be using him for all our electrical needs in the future

When I called, the staff was very courteous and prompt in scheduling an appointment (Alisa and Yisbel) The technician (Jason) called before showing up, and was very prompt and professionalI added a second job request while the technician was present, and Jason kindly stayed and finished both jobs before leaving Wonderful experience

The Mister Sparky team responded very quickly to our home The electrician (Chris) arrived right on time His appearance was neat Chris told me, and then showed me, what was wrong and how to correct it I recommend their services highly

Beware of the sales tactucs I was sold a service call rate of $over the phone The Mister Sparky agent told me the $covered the electrician coming to my home, finding the electrical problem and then preparing a printed report showing what was wrong and the detailed cost of repair He said we do not charge by the hourThe electrician arrived, checked the outlets (that I already identified), and then told my wife the charge to continue with the diagnostics service was over $ She signed the agreement and he found an outside light timer plugged into an outlet was the cause of a tripping breaker, when he unplugged the light timer He put some silicon around the edges of the outlet and upgraded another outlet (not causing a problem) He said the "repair" -was included in the charge I would think silicon and unpluging a light timer shiuld be covered in a charge of almost $ Watch out for the tatics and overcharging J.P Sarasota, FL
