I found the Mr Sparky Organization to be pleasant and professional The service performed was excellent and a warranty was provided at the end of the job I did feel however, that the fee charged was highThe task was to hang two lights (which had to be assembled and put together by the electrician) over a kitchen island The electrical connections were already in the ceiling as they had been put their by the builder For this service, I was charged $

The service from Mr. Sparky was great. From Sean answering the phone, to the confirmation phone call, to Scottie's expertise. He fixed my electrical issue and made sure that my older home is now safe. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called to have some electrical work done After telling them what I needed, they were able to schedule the work the same day The scheduler told me I would receive a call in advance of their arrival to know when they would arrive I received a call from the electrician, telling me when he would arrive He arrived when promised and promptly completed the work I requested In addition he performed a safety checked of tightness of the connections in my electrical panel A few of the connections were found not tight as needed and were corrected He also check all the GFI receptacles in the house for proper functioning All were found OK He also alerted me that my two year old smoke detectors had exceeded their useful life He quoted me a price to replace them that I accepted The old units were removed and new ones installed All the work was completed in a timely and professional manner and at a fair price This is my first experience in using an electrical contractor If I need more work done, I will call on MrSparky again
