John and Lauren with Mister Sparky were wonderful to work with It was an emergency of sorts and they were eager to assist as quickly as possibleJohn was professional and efficient with his timeHe even checked my breaker box to make certain there were no problems located there, preemptivelyI would call them again in a heartbeatI was really impressed with the professional way they took care of my problem

The representatives on the phone were professional and courteous The serviceman was professional and knowledgeable He was neatly dressed and donned a pair of "booties" at my door so as not to get my carpets dirty He listened to my set of symptoms and explained what he would have to do to identify the root of the problem He provided me with a written estimate for the job He suggested a number of things I should do, assigned them a priority, and allowed me to make a reasonable decision He showed me the defective parts as he removed them, so I'm sure I wasn't paying for anything I didn't really need I was provided with an interest-free payment plan up front, before I had to ask about alternatives for payment This also helped me decide how much I could afford to spend He even made friends with my little, yappy dog! Seriously, I'm completely satisfied with the service I received

After waiting for two other electricians to return my calls, I found Mister Sparky on the internet and saw the favorable reviews - so I gave them a call The customer service rep was very helpful and friendly And, what a pleasant surprise when she said -- "How does sometime between 2-pm today work for you?" My response was "Fabulous!!!" She also told me that I'd get an email prior to the technician's visit with his photo That certainly is a nice feature and gives one piece of mind when the technician shows up! Richard (Rick) called about an hour beforehand and then showed up before the scheduled time Rick was sporting a good looking uniform He was very polite, friendly and professional We wanted to have ceiling fans, pendant lights, a dining room chandelier and dimmers installed He scoped out the work and produced an estimate Are there cheaper electricians out there? Sure -- they're probably the ones that aren't returning your phone calls! There is also the piece of mind one gets when using an experience and certified electrician We were extremely pleased with our experience with Mister Sparky and with our electrician Rick I would definitely recommend them to my friends

Had MrSparky to our house to remove bathroom light fixtures and replace worth fixturesChris called us and let us know he was on his way and was on time His work was exceptionalHe checked what had to be done then gave us a priceChris was very professional and his work was neat After completing the job in a timely manner, he cleaned up everywhere he had worked We were very happy with the work

I Don't remember speaking with the dispatcher Ismael was very helpful walking me thru the reason I calledHe was pleasant and polite and told me exactly what would be happening with the licensed electrician when he would call and the time frame he would be at my home Everything he explained to me occurredVery impressed !!! Charlie,the licensed electrician called me by phone about minutes before he arrived asking me if it was a good time to come for the repairs I showed him what actually had to be repaired and he showed me why the repairs needed to be done He needed to go back to the shop to get some equipment ( only about minutes away)and upon his return he completed both jobs AFTER he had shown me the price the jobs costHe went over many pages on his computerVery impressive He finished the job , was neat about the job and couldn't have been nicer I am very impressed with MrSparky and will let my friends and neighbors know of a job well done in a timely mannerThank you all
