Lawless has made several attempts to help resolve some of the issues that the ***’s are experiencing with their [redacted] even well after their day warranty had expiredLawless offered the ***’s the option of extending the warranty on their year old vehicle and they declined Lawless also suggested for the ***’s to bring their car to a Certified [redacted] Repair Facility to have it evaluated and at that time Lawless would see what more good will we could offer to help resolve the issues they are experiencing with their ***Lawless still suggests that they have a Certified [redacted] Independent look at the car and although it is out of warranty with Lawless and having no extended warranty purchased will still offer some financial assistance

This customer has been contact last week and Lawless will repair the damages at no cost to the customer

Entering into our final attempt to come to an amicable resolution, Lawless, INC will agree to pay Mr [redacted] the amount equaling of his monthly payments which is greater than the duration Mr [redacted] has had the vehicle to dateLawless has a great reputation, and has earned that reputation by providing over years of excellent customer satisfaction

Lawless has spoken to Mr [redacted] and explained the situation, how we listened to the recored call, what a 120,mile normally would include and that we felt the presentation was confusing- so we are going to provide him the refund of $808.68, on his credit card We explained we record the calls for training purposes and feel we can use this call as an example for better communicationbetween our advisors and customersHe was pleased we looked into it so thoroughly and got back to him with a resolution he feels is fairWe told him we hoped he would continue to be acustomer and he said since we did the right thing, he would be

Unfortunately Lawless, INC does not agree with the majority of Mr [redacted] statements but has still made every attempt to rectify the claimed issues with the vehicleLawless will continue to honor the agreement to purchase Mr [redacted] vehicle from him for $24,if he wishes.Thank You

Lawless takes all signed and executed agreements and enters them into our computer system and unfortunately we only keep copies of actual signed/executed agreements that we have taken a deposit onAccording to the documents that Mr [redacted] has provided us, he nor the management of Lawless has clearly never signed any documents together, and it doesn't appear that he has given any deposit as wellAlthough we have looked all over, we cannot find the original documents and they appear to be missingWithout these documents Lawless cannot do anythingWe would be happy to reappraise Mr***’ trade in and see if we can come to an agreement that is amicable for all parties

Please be advised that this is a year old Used Vehicle that Lawless has willingly made all necessary repairs to during the Mr***'s ownership of the vehicleLawless has also had several conversations back and forth via email with Mr [redacted] offering assistance towards a warranty and other repairs he felt were necessaryLawless offered out of good faith to pay half of the cost of a warranty for Mr***'s vehicleLawless also offered to cover the repair bill of $that Mr [redacted] was quoted to make a repair to the vehicle that he felt needed to be done

Lawless is very sorry that Ms*** has had issues with her new Jeep product and we have attempted to resolve all of her vehicle concerns and have also reached out to her to try and assist her in trading the vehicle in for a brand new *** but have yet to hear back from herAt this time, Ms
*** has elected to go Lemon Law which puts the matter directly back into the manufacturer's hands (Chrysler) and Lawless has to step asideLawless will still be happy to explore the option of trading in the vehicle towards a new one if that is an option that Ms*** would like to pursue.Sincerely,*** ***Director of OperationsLawless, INC

I am very unhappy with the out come of Lawless Inc & Lawyer to threaten regarding a defective vehicle they are responsible for repairing within a specif number of days Lawless Sold me a group of Contracts and took my moneythey have an agreement and interest addedin" MY new vehicle was in at Lawless for service call/ visits" all stated water leaks very very very few were address according to receipts returned to customerall cover under warranties and service contracts " per Mr *** ***" the other problem at Lawless I have encountered at service in my many visits the Service Manager was always newFirst Mr*** *** who I was dealt with then it was *** ***, then *** ***, who abruptly informed me he "did not have time for Me" So why would a consumer want to have their vehicle service her ever? who would want to be treated in this manner. I not sure I want the Lawless service to touch my vehicle this could be a liability on my part.Inspection sticker - does not have to do with water leaks and radio heat, maybe tire pressure?This jeep has been leaking since the first day, this is also not the one that we drove at Lawless. I did not respond to the Revdex.com complaint Because I thought the Lawless was trying to fix a problemwhen they Had Mr*** *** was very nice to my husband and my self and call me and ask if we could come in on July , around 1:pm the original offer on the vehicle was (38,000.00) Original Purchase was 41, on (4/28/2014) and take a look around and see if they could replace the vehicleSo My husband and I went to Lawless in Woburn and we had a meeting with Mr *** *** and then we Looked at a RenagadeMr*** worked up the figures, discussed with the Sales Manages, *** ***s and We were informed that we would have to loose (per mile off of the jeep a total of $6,500.00) in the trade I felt as if I was being taken advantage ofWe did express that the vehicle was a lemon and we were going to look into the Lemon LawMr*** that is going to take the long route that is when Mr. *** came out, I asked *** Champam why this was being doneHe tole me in front of all Parties do not worry about the miles we will work something outI want everyone to be happyMy husband Call Mr*** on July 15, 2015, regarding the price said it was to lowI left a message on *** ***s voicemail regarding the deduction of 6,for miles and asked if there was something he could do, I never heard from *** All the figures had to be approved by Mr *** of Course.This vehicle is still under warranty up 15,Miles, still has $2,in packages purchased through Lawless for service and additional insurance purchase.Chrysler are Independently Owned: So Lawless is still on the hook since they hold the warranty and service contract on this vehicle so they are not forth coming to anyone which are included in my loan.Lawless is on the hook for Full Liability due to the Service Contracts Sold to me

I have are rejected the responses from Lawless Jeep, due to the vehicle trade figure and then lawless wanted to reduce my vehicle by 6,I was informed due to the miles on the vehicle, which were 11, @ that time Lawless was reducing my vehicle cents per mile I just knew something was wrong with thisI went to another dealer and they informed me that the vehicle was in some type of accidentOn 1/11/ I did no purchase this vehicle unti 4/28/2014, from Lawless Jeep as a brand new vehicleThis was never disclosed to me by the sales person, sales manager, finance person, nor in the purchase and sales agreement, etccall it what you you like we should have been infored Now any dealer sees this accident and devalues my vehicleI have now asked Lawless to provide me the accident report of 1/11/2014, the insurance company whom repaired the damages? The dollar amount of damages? To provide all copies of such I also looking for a response from Chrysler with respect to this accident not being disclosedLawless was very well aware of the damages to this vehicleThanks

Lawless has just been made aware of this complaint as the email alerts were not coming to my inbox so this was just alerted to usWe are responding as there is only day left to respond so discussions with the Mr*** have not concludedWe will research the issue and will reach out to Mr***
