Unfortunately Lawless, INC does not agree with the majority of Mr. [redacted] statements but has still made every attempt to rectify the claimed issues with the vehicle. Lawless will continue to honor the agreement to purchase Mr. [redacted] vehicle from him for $24,000 if he wishes.Thank You

Lawless, INC agreed to trade Ms. [redacted] vehicle in for she paid for the vehicle minus a mileage charge for the usage of the vehicle since she owned and operated the vehicle. This deal still stands and Lawless would like to speak with Ms. [redacted] further about this.

Regarding complaint [redacted] I talked to a representative from Lawless Inc. Auto Dealership on December 23 2015 and we could not reach any agreement on how to settle this complaint. On December 24 I faxed them a letter stating I would give any reasonable proposal serious consideration in order to settle this complaint, and as of today January 7 2016 Lawless has not responded to my letter. I,am still willing to talk further in order to resolve the complaint but I have not herd from them. If you need any further information from me please let me know. Thank You

Entering into our final attempt to come to an amicable resolution, Lawless, INC will agree to pay Mr. [redacted] the amount equaling 4 of his monthly payments which is greater than the duration Mr. [redacted] has had the vehicle to date. Lawless has a great reputation, and has earned that reputation by providing over 50 years of excellent customer satisfaction.

Lawless will still honor our previous offer to the [redacted]'s but we are not aware of any recorded phone calls and did not consent to being recorded as that is an illegal practice. If the [redacted]'s do not wish to accept the offer Lawless will consider the matter closed.

Lawless takes all signed and executed agreements and enters them into our computer system and unfortunately we only keep copies of actual signed/executed agreements that we have taken a deposit on. According to the documents that Mr. [redacted] has provided us, he nor the management of Lawless has clearly never signed any documents together, and it doesn't appear that he has given any deposit as well. Although we have looked all over, we cannot find the original documents and they appear to be missing. Without these documents Lawless cannot do anything. We would be happy to reappraise Mr. [redacted]’ trade in and see if we can come to an agreement that is amicable for all parties.

Lawless has spoken to Mr. [redacted] and explained the situation, how we listened to the recored call, what a 120,000 mile normally would include and that we felt the presentation was confusing- so we are going to provide him the refund of $808.68, on his credit card....

We explained we record the calls for training purposes and feel we can use this call as an example for better communicationbetween our advisors and customers. He was pleased we looked into it so thoroughly and got back to him with a resolution he feels is fair. We told him we hoped he would continue to be acustomer and he said since we did the right thing, he would be.

Lawless has made several attempts to help resolve some of the issues that the [redacted]’s are experiencing with their 2007 [redacted] even well after their 60 day warranty had expired. Lawless offered the [redacted]’s the option of  extending the warranty on their 8 year old vehicle and they declined....

Lawless also suggested for the [redacted]’s to bring their car to a Certified [redacted] Repair Facility to have it evaluated and at that time Lawless would see what more good will we could offer to help resolve the issues they are experiencing with their [redacted]. Lawless still suggests that they have a Certified [redacted] Independent look at the car and although it is out of warranty with Lawless and having no extended warranty purchased will still offer some financial assistance.

There is no mention of the 90 day period on document that was originally signed. Furthermore the finance employee informed me I will receive the credit regardless of when the work was done. An unexplained 90 period of time does not release Lawless from their contractually obligations. The truck was purchased based off the total price including rebates. Failure to honor the rebate within 48 hours will force myself to open additional complaints and contact the ** regarding. The amount of time it took Lawless to respond to this Revdex.com complaint is an indicator to how paperwork is handled at this dealership. It is important the acting manager understands my contract was with the dealership not the Manufactor. It is the sole responsibility of Lawless to pay the rebate. We plan on filing suite in [redacted]  if our terms are not met

Please add your rejection comments below. I , [redacted] he's been informed by [redacted] elite  and it must surely shows 1 accident on 1/11/14 which in fact I miso differently did not own this vehicle at this time. It has or had rear end damage. Money was exchanged and reported. My vehicle is devalued by 6,500.00.  This damage should  told to and written on purchase & sale agreement. No one would purchase a vehicle with this type damage!!!! Lawless hid the damage from us during the sale of this vehicle.  [redacted] show like another person interested in purchasing this on 11/13 and was returned on 3 days. It was serviced and prepared in 11/13. Then wen back on the lot/ returned.This vehicle was in an accident I asked them for all the paper work on the accident. And thy are not corporative , with that. All they wanted is that vehicle back from me, I found out this out by going to two additional dealers. Now are two other dealer who have nother to do with Lawless not be telling me the truth. It's in black in white - auto check elite-  from the two dealers.I have had the vehicle checked out also by a body shop.I have the right as the owner of the vehicle to know the exact damage, where and who fixed it.
