Lawless has come to a full and amicable agreement with Mr*** and consider this matter closed

Mr*** was allowed days from date of purchase by *** *** *** but unfortunately waited months to do the work that was necessary to qualify for the rebate and therefore Lawless, INC was unable to collectIf Mr*** is in agrees, Lawless will be happy to make an appeal on his
behalf but cannot guarantee it will be accepted

Lawless, INC has been in touch with Ms*** and she is going to speak with her husband and possibly come into Lawless Friday July 10th to possibly turn in her Wrangler towards a

Lawless will be sending a Certified Letter to *** *** *** (manufacturer) seeking assistance in this matter in order to get an exception madeLawless will make every effort to get this resolved for Mr***

Mr*** purchased the vehicle and within a four day period took delivery and has signed all documents and made payments over those four daysLawless has been in business since and has the highest business standards and reputation while selling and serving over 20,people per year
Unfortunately several months later we are unable to put the once new *** truck back on the shelf as it is a Used Vehicle nowHowever, Lawless would be happy to see how we may attempt to make Mr*** feel happier about his new vehicle and put this all behind usLawless is open to reasonable suggestions

Lawless offered to "buy back" the vehicle at a loss to me already, and we're unable to keep their end of the agreementI cannot, and will not accept that offer again, only to have it blow up in my face when I sign another purchase agreement. The only offer I am willing to now accept is for Lawless to cover any financial losses I take when trading in the vehicle to another dealership. I I have given Lawless multiple opportunities to rectify this in good faith, and replace, repair, or buy back a defective and unsafe vehicle, one in which I refuse to put my young sonThey have failed at every level.

Lawless has spoken to Mr*** and discussed the situation and it seems both parties are on the same page at this timeLawless will refund the $he s seeking and apologize for the misunderstanding

Good morning and thank you for your follow up with respect to my complaint.As you can see from the attached documents, I did have a legal agreement with Lawless for the purchase of a vehicle and I did give *** *** my credit card number as he requested to lock in this deal.As I stated I was to sign the Purchase and Sale agreement on Friday January 12th at Noon as can be seen in *** ***’s hand writing when he took my $deposit.The morning of the signing I received an email from *** *** stating that the deal was off and he would be happy to make another deal.This is a classic bait and switch tactic used by illegitimate used car dealerships.I am extremely dissatisfied with the way I have been treated by Lawless Chrysler and as far as I am concerned this case is not closed

Lawless, Inc. has spoken to Mr. [redacted] regarding this matter and and Mr. [redacted] and Lawless, Inc. both consider this matter to be solved.

The vehicle was purchased on June 27, 2015 and was covered by Lawless, INC until August 27th, 2015 which we did. The repairs done in October to Ms. B[redacted]'s vehicle are being done under the extended Service Contract that her and Mr. [redacted] purchased and to our knowledge are resolved.

This customer has been contact last week and Lawless will repair the damages at no cost to the customer.

I would like to thank Lawless for getting back to The Revdex.com and  Letting  you  know about the opportunity regarging all the opportunities to the Help , the Trade in  on the 22 visits that my vehicle was at Lawless and the several different  Service Director and tech and the 9 days that my vehicle sat on the lot not being service with no calls to me.I was never offer a trade for any type of vehicle. No one service advisor went out of their way to do more to resolve any issues on this particular vehicle. My vehicle was a bran new vehicle Purchased on 4/28/2014 and first date of service may 2014 with water damage having to replace rubber around Driver and passenger doors. this is unacceptable. Lawless keep repeating to me it is a "JEEP" I am Not Buying this I Purchased a vehicle  not a swing Pool! or a group of problems. the vehicle is under warranty. and Lawless also soled me 3,000.00 in service contracts with the vehicle. and now this vehicle is a Liability to all others due to these contracts. Well I feel the same. Lawless had ample time to repair this vehicle and chose to continue to keep sending me out the door. The statement made by Mr. [redacted]  ( Computer Tech) I have left several messages for  Mr [redacted]  Never one phone returned  to me  I have  several emails to Mr. [redacted]  he did not respond to the emails either. On July 1, 2015 I received a telephone call from [redacted] from Lawless I returned the phone call to him.  Mr. [redacted] is not a salesman no now ever made any offers as stated in the statement that were made  to the Revdex.com  if they were true this would have been resolved and my husband would have been involved in the decision just like in the purchase. I purchase this vehicle from [redacted] I would have gone back to Mr [redacted], to correct it.

Lawless , Inc. would like to apologize for any misunderstanding and/or confusion that Mr. [redacted] experienced while discussing a potential purchase of a pre owned vehicle from Lawless, Inc. We have done a deep search of our records and have no deposit taken from Mr. [redacted] nor any written Purchase...

Please be advised that this is a 5 year old Used Vehicle that Lawless has willingly made all necessary repairs to during the Mr. [redacted]'s ownership of the vehicle. Lawless has also had several conversations back and forth via email with Mr. [redacted] offering assistance towards a warranty and other...

repairs he felt were necessary. Lawless offered out of good faith to pay half of the cost of a warranty for Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle. Lawless also offered to cover the repair bill of $249.11 that Mr. [redacted] was quoted to make a repair to the vehicle that he felt needed to be done.

We actually had 90 days to report any issues, not 60 (Please refer to my recorded conversations with [redacted]). I was deterred and delayed at every call.  These issues were reported before that time.  The dealership made no good faith effort to completely fix the issue.  The amplifier was never replaced or looked at, that is a major issue along with the roof leaking.  The mold issue was never resolved. I had no consistent radio or display after driving the car for one week.

Lawless denies any wrong doing or an misrepresentation and in fact the vehicle was not in an accident which is confirmed by the attached [redacted] report. Lawless in fact sold Ms. [redacted] a brand new vehicle in new condition and although she is unhappy with some of the issues, Lawless has made numerous attempts to trade her out of the vehicle at above Market Value and is still willing to.thank you
