Dear Revdex.com and Ms. [redacted],I would like to offer the specifications for the parking validation program between the Center Plaza Garage and [redacted]'s and our side of the story of what happened that day.  If you arrive at the garage after 4:00 pm and spend less than 3 hours at the garage and you...

can provide your ticket along with the parking validation, your parking is validated.  When Ms. [redacted] and the gentleman she was with could not provide her original ticket and only had the validation, she was asked to back up and park and go back up to [redacted]'s to get the missing ticket or to pay for the parking under the lost ticket rule which would be the full $42.00.  There was no one behind her car and they could have easily backed up and parked.  However, the gentleman with Ms. [redacted] decided to pay for the parking instead of backing up and going back up to the restaurant to find the missing ticket.  They paid and left the garage and came back with both tickets.  At that time though, it was too late because the ticket had already been paid at the lost ticket price and the assistant manager at the garage did not have the authority to refund any money at that time.  I understand that Ms. [redacted] left with both of the tickets.  If she can fax or email both of the tickets to me so that I can see the time of arrival on the original ticket, we may be able to provide a refund if in fact they did arrive after 4:00 pm and left before 7:00 pm.  My email is [redacted].Thanks,[redacted]

does state that there is a $5 transaction fee.  In addition to the ease of having your parking prepaid, you are also given VIP parking in the front row at the venue.  Again, we do apologize for the confusion and trust that this answers any questions about the additional $5 transaction fee. Sincerely,

Hi Revdex.com,While I am gathering the proof of parking for Mr. [redacted], I would like to explain the parking system at the MBTA.  There are two ways to pay for parking:1.  pay by plate phone app2.  if the pay by phone app is not used, a monthly invoice is sent for all unpaid parkingPenalties up to a max of $75 per parking incident will add up if there are unpaid parking invoices.  The cost of parking is $4.00/day via the pay by plate phone app and $4.50/day if an invoice is sent.  Inspection stickers are scanned every day and if it doesn't match the pay by phone, the customer will be billed for parking.  If the invoice is not paid within 30 days, fines will begin to accumulate.  There are no tickets put on vehicles for unpaid parking.  It is similar to how the Mass Pike works now.  I hope this answers some of your questions while we are gathering more information.Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,[redacted] is wrong about the time it was reported to the [redacted] and the fact it was packed and CRAZY in the garage at that time. I had also confirmed it with the garage employees who agreed how nuts it was down there. I have also requested the video footage of the garage area and drop off area that will PROVE there was no damage to the vehicle when control was transferred to LAZ parking at the [redacted]. As for the yellow paint, it sure looks like another vehicle or something scraped against the side, this [redacted] nothing tomdomwith hitting a garage wall. There were areas that the cars were less than a foot apart. So in summary, I do not accept their response and will continue to aggressively pursue this.

None of my concerns about access and ability to discuss or pay tickets were addressed. It's clear absolutely no due diligence was performed on my case submitted to Revdex.com by LAZParking highlighting the fact that they have a disorganized business operation ability to maintain accountability for the parking locations they manage. There is no way for me to be clear what tickets are accurate and what tickets aren't as they have no evidence to prove whether I parked on certain days, making the assignment of any fines or penalties ridiculous at best.

[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here. --- "If the owner thought that there was damage to his car, he should have not moved the vehicle from where it was parked" - I had to drive my car up from P3 to P1 to talk to the people there because I have two  exhausted young kids with us. However I did take a lot of pictures to capture the damage, the car and surroundings before moving the car... Anyway, I just read online that one Laz Parking valet gave a car to a wrong person who drove the car away, and still that's not Laz's fault. I guess I am lucky I still have my car. I will surely let people know my experience ......]

The prior Director of Operations had a typo error and wrote three machines at [redacted] instead of one unit. Still the unit was checked and they were accepting credit cards transactions at [redacted] on the dates in question. Ms. [redacted] had 15 violations in total. This answer came from the MBTA:That's correct. This customer needs to file an appeal. Attached is an issuance report.   Also, refer him to MBTA’s website for appeal procedure.
