I have been working with Leading Mortgage Solutions for the last years, they have done an outstanding job, there advice and service are excellent, all my loans have gone through with out any delay or problemsThey have contribute greatly to my financial successI would highly recommend them

Absolutely amazing experience! [redacted] and the entire team at Leading Mortgage Solutions couldn't have done a better job getting our mortgage re-financed [redacted] stayed with us through the long, arduous haulOur credit was "iffy" to say the least and we had to wait awhile but [redacted] called us back on the day he said he would and finished as he promised he wouldHe's efficient and doesn't waste time chatting, he'll get the job done!

Hello [redacted] ,I have tried to call and email you to speak about this, to explain that your old Lender LOAN CARE SERVICING is NOT REPORTING YOU HAD DAY LATE but you have not called me backYou never called me to advise me directly that someone has told you that you were days lateThe very first time I heard of this, I called LOAN CARE SERVICING myself which was your old mortgage lender and I asked them is there a day date ever in this clients history and they said,"NO"I gave you the number not to tell you that you were wrong, I wanted to be of service to you and gave you their direct number so you could hear it from them and not just from meI apologize you interpreted my customer service the wrong way.Please call them yourself when you have timeYour loan WAS paid off in time by us, so no day late payment was reported by them, if a loan is paid off after the 15th but before the end of the month there is no day late payment posted onto your account nor on your credit.Their number is [redacted] Loan Care ServicingPlease call me if you would like to discuss further or if I can help in any way [redacted]

What a GREAT COMPANY and a great Team over therePaul P REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF! With the rates going down again I decided to refi again after receiving his monthly newsletter he sends out to his past clients with local real estate news and current rates and programsI first used him in when he helped me buy my first house with a VA Loan and I have refi'd times over the years as rates have dropped from 5% all the way to 3.25% for a yr fixed on my VA Loan (And he never charges me POINTS!)He specializes in VA and let me tell you, he is a PRO with VAI have talked to many loan officers that try and get my business from cold calling me or sending me mailers to refiThese other LO's are a joke compared to PaulTotally do not match up to his knowledge and customer serviceI am EXTREMELY PLEASED with all of my experience with Leading Mortgage Solutions over the yearsTheir customer service dept calling me every week letting me know what stage my loan is at and sending me a nice closing gift at the end is a very nice touchMost people don't care about you when you after loan closes but here, you get a closing gift and an informative monthly newsletter and Paul will ALWAYS answer his phone days a week (I know because I had to call him a few times on the weekend), during and AFTER your loan closedThanks Team! Sorry for the long review but I feel getting a mortgage is more important then my reviews on what I ate and watch movies at, lol

This was my first home buying experience and I was a little nervous going into the processChuck, Gris, Maricruz, and Wendy eased my concerns and were all very helpful, friendly, and efficientThe home buying process can be complicated to some and some responsibility lies with the buyer in providing documentation in a timely mannerThe property was for a day escrowWe actually closed escrow early which helped me transition from renting to owning
The team at Leading Mortgage Solutions answered all my questions very quickly and to top it all off were available after hours as well (I used discretion)I even felt bad for asking the same questions multiple times however they let me know that It was no problem and were still very friendly
They really make you feel like your part of the team and really keep you in the loop during the whole process, which is what you would expectI would definitely do business with them again

We have requested our marketing dept to remove his name from our mailing listOur company has no problem removing people from our mailing list when contacted, what some people do not understand is that we help over Veterans a month reduce their mortgage payments and or payoff high interest
billsThey would never had known that they would be able to do with this, unless they would have received our mailerWe serve Veterans in a great way and have been helping them for over yearsWe are very proud of what we do and our sorry for any inconvenience it may cause some people who receive our flyer and do not need our serviceThere are not that many mortgage companies out there like us that help support the community and donate to the California Highway Patrol CHP 11-foundation and to Chula Vista Police Dept and to local Fire Departments where these Veterans workSincerely,

The reason why I had told you to call LOAN CARE SERVICING yourself was to have them advise you that there was no 30- day late, is because you never called me back from my many messages to you trying to address and fix this issue for you. It was not to say that I did not want to help youI am trying to help you but you are not assisting me in getting it fixedYou can call me anytimeI have left you several messages with my phone numberYou asked me to fix your credit and remove the blemishI cannot do this unless you call meOnce you call me we can call LOAN CARE SERVICING together and they will fix the error reportedThey have told me they are not reporting it, it is an error with the bureaus themselvesYour loan was closed before the end of the month, we, you and LOAN CARE SERVICING have proof and record of thisThey show it paid off on time, in their payoff deptThis is an error with the bureaus themselves and I have fixed problems like this before for other clients but I need cooperation on your part
I am very sorry for your frustration but I cannot fix this unless you call me because they need your permission over the phoneIf you cannot call me, I cannot resolve your complaint and issue.
