After having issues with two other mortgage lenders we came to Leading Mortgage Solutions where we were promptly lead through what the issues wereThey corrected the problems in a little over a week and the remainder of the re-finance went without a problemI would gladly recommend Leading Mortgage Solutions in your re-financing needs

I have wasted far too much time on this, and this will be my final rejection*** you can call Loancare...you can tell them that you have seen a copy of the screenshot that shows a late payment from ***...you can fix the error that YOU causedYour service is embarrassing, and I'm done with this back and forthDo not call me, do not leave any further messages, and fix the error that you have causedI have just filed complaints with the Dept of Real Estate and CA Consumer Affairs as wellThis has gone on too long, and I am now completely *** *** about how *** *** is handling thisJUST FIX THE MISTAKE THAT YOU HAVE CAUSED IN MY CREDIT REPORTRevdex.com...I ask that you notate this as a mark against the company for both poor service, advice, and failure to rectify the error that they have caused

I have forwarded *** *** information via the *** review that shows that I do, in fact, have a day late on each one of my three credit reportsWhile I am amazed at his use of CAPITAL letters in his text...it does not help anythingHis company, while doing a refinance, gave me lousy advice that I feel others should be warned aboutThey told me point blank to NOT make a payment, and they would be finished in time to close the loan before I was reported to the credit agenciesI now have a blemish on EACH credit report (one is attached with a screenshot for "proof")He has done nothing but tell me to fix it myself, which is ridiculousI haven't even mentioned how this has financially affected me in securing a loan for a second home, which I now live in and pay a higher rate as a direct result of the blemish his company caused on my credit report.So...Revdex.com...please see the attached proof that there is in fact a day late on my report that this guy claims just "isn't there"If you'd like, I can forward you the full copy of my credit report, however, I'd like some assurances of privacy on itWith this proof...I do NOT accept the response from the business, and I ask you to continue with my claimIf *** *** follows through on my demands here, in full, I will not move forward with other agency complaints against him and his company

Everything was overall great with Leading Mortgage SolutionsThere were a couple of hiccups along the way, but I believe that is expected with any businessAll and all everything went pretty smooth, when I had a question someone was there to answer, if not they got back to me pretty quicklyThe closing with quick and easy, and for the most part they worked around my very busy schedule the best they could

We have requested our marketing dept to remove his name from our mailing listOur company has no problem removing people from our mailing list when contacted, what some people do not understand is that we help over Veterans a month reduce their mortgage payments and or payoff high interest
billsThey would never had known that they would be able to do with this, unless they would have received our mailerWe serve Veterans in a great way and have been helping them for over yearsWe are very proud of what we do and our sorry for any inconvenience it may cause some people who receive our flyer and do not need our serviceThere are not that many mortgage companies out there like us that help support the community and donate to the California Highway Patrol CHP 11-foundation and to Chula Vista Police Dept and to local Fire Departments where these Veterans work.Sincerely,Leading Mortgage Solutions, Inc

This consumer is not our clientHis claim is that we have harassed him and mailed flyers to him and he has notified us to remove his name for monthsThis is not trueHe first called one of our loan officers on January 8, We removed his name at that moment and advised him through email he
may receive another flyer but then no moreThe reason why is because the flyers are PRE- Printed and bulk mailed so they already went out before his name was removedHe said that is fine and thank youWhen he received that next flyer he filed the complaint, he forgot we told him in a documented email to him (we have) that he might receive one more flyer and he said that is fine and thank you (we have in his email back to us)We did not harass this consumer and removed his name the moment he requested

This is to address the complaint from this consumer about mail pieces to them and about our Company calling her from her Blocked phone number after she had called in to us. Leading Mortgage Solutions does not have and is not sure if the technology exists, to see/view phone
numbers from people who call in from Block Phone NumbersLeading Mortgage Solutions does not participate in telemarketing activities It is not our intention in our Marketing and Business Model to frustrate or harass consumersOur Goal and Mission Statement is to help Veterans and Consumers with the highest level of Integrity, Customer Service and Exceed their expectations during the loan processWe do have many employees employed to assist and help Veterans lower their overall bills by providing them new VA loans which payoff some or all of their high revolving debt, which in turn lowers their overall monthly expenseTo address this consumers concern about our multiple phone numbers is that she called in on our Main Branch Toll Free number and spoke to a representative. If she received a call back in order to further assist her, that phone number would be different number as it is an outgoing phone line Our company like most large companies, have more than phone line in order to handle the amount of business they have. I had a great experience with Leading Mortgage Solutions. From the initial "inquiry" phone call to the "Thank You" gift after the loan was complete, everyone was friendly and professional. Anytime I had questions, they answered them in a timely manner. When they said an appraiser would contact me in a couple of days, the appraiser contacted me that day. When they said the Termite inspector would contact me, he contacted me same day. When they said a Notary would contact me, she contacted me that day and also came by the same day. The loan process was simple and quick. And after all was said and done, they followed up with me to see if I had any questions or needed anything else. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Hello [redacted], The reason why I had told you to call LOAN CARE SERVICING yourself was to have them advise you that there was no 30- day late, is because you never called me back from my many messages to you trying to address and fix this issue for you.  It was not to say that I did not want to help you. I am trying to help you but you are not assisting me in getting it fixed.You can call me anytime. I have left you several messages with my phone number. You asked me to fix your credit and remove the blemish. I cannot do this unless you call me. Once you call me we can call LOAN CARE SERVICING together and they will fix the error reported. They have told me they are not reporting it, it is an error with the bureaus themselves. Your loan was closed before the end of the month, we, you and LOAN CARE SERVICING have proof and record of this. They show it paid off on time, in their payoff dept. This is an error with the bureaus themselves and I have fixed problems like this before for other clients but I need cooperation on your part. Our experience with Leading Mortgage Solutions was great. Everything was explained to us before we started an application. All information we received was accurate and our loan closed exactly as anticipated. It was a good experience. Kudos to this company for a job well done for us!

What a GREAT COMPANY and a great Team over there. Paul P REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF! With the rates going down again I decided to refi again after receiving his monthly newsletter he sends out to his past clients with local real estate news and current rates and programs. I first used him in 2009 when he helped me buy my first house with a VA Loan and I have refi'd 2 times over the years as rates have dropped from 5% all the way to 3.25% for a 30 yr fixed on my VA Loan (And he never charges me POINTS!). He specializes in VA and let me tell you, he is a PRO with VA. I have talked to many loan officers that try and get my business from cold calling me or sending me mailers to refi. These other LO's are a joke compared to Paul. Totally do not match up to his knowledge and customer service. I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with all of my experience with Leading Mortgage Solutions over the years. Their customer service dept calling me every week letting me know what stage my loan is at and sending me a nice closing gift at the end is a very nice touch. Most people don't care about you when you after loan closes but here, you get a closing gift and an informative monthly newsletter and Paul will ALWAYS answer his phone 7 days a week (I know because I had to call him a few times on the weekend), during and AFTER your loan closed. Thanks Team!
Sorry for the long review but I feel getting a mortgage is more important then my reviews on what I ate and watch movies at, lol

I have used Leading Mortgage Solutions more than once over the last 5 years and have always been very satisfied with their end results. I found Paul to be very up front about the process and fairly easy to get in touch with if I have any questions and always been very professional. If I am unclear about something he's more than happy to take the time to address the question to my satisfaction.
Leading Mortgage Solutions also (thank you [redacted] and Paul) got me some fantastically low interest rates and gave me some very good news on a refinance that he recently closed for me. I would recommend Leading Mortgage Solutions to anyone and would take these other poor reviews with a grain of salt.

It was our first time to use Leading Mortgage Solutions and it was Mr. [redacted] who took our call. The first impression had a good vibes and the rest of the transactions went smoothly up to the end. Mr. [redacted] and team were very efficient in processing our application and our loan closed on time. We cannot thank them enough and hats off to all of you.
