very first time I heard of this, I called LOAN CARE SERVICING myself which was your old mortgage lender and I asked them is there a 30 day date ever in this clients history and they said,"NO". I gave you the number not to tell you that you were wrong, I wanted to be of service to you and gave you their direct number so you could hear it from them and not just from me. I apologize you interpreted my customer service the wrong way.Please call them yourself when you have time. Your loan WAS paid off in time by us, so no 30 day late payment was reported by them, if a loan is paid off after the 15th but before the end of the month there is no 30 day late payment posted onto your account nor on your credit.Their number is [redacted]  Loan Care ServicingPlease call me if you would like to discuss further or if I can help in any way. [redacted]

Absolutely amazing experience! [redacted] and the entire team at Leading Mortgage Solutions couldn't have done a better job getting our mortgage re-financed. [redacted] stayed with us through the long, arduous haul. Our credit was "iffy" to say the least and we had to wait awhile but [redacted] called us back on the day he said he would and finished as he promised he would. He's efficient and doesn't waste time chatting, he'll get the job done!

First...the credit bureaus don't randomly report things that may or may not be true. That is just a ridiculous statement. The credit bureaus report the information given to them...hence, Loancare reported it LATE, so the agencies show it as LATE. Second, I have zero interest in speaking with this guy. I spoke with the people that work for him, [redacted], and with someone else there...and they offered up the same amount of help he clearly is. I have wasted far too much time on this, and this will be my final rejection. [redacted] you can call Loancare...you can tell them that you have seen a copy of the screenshot that shows a late payment from [redacted]...you can fix the error that YOU caused. Your service is embarrassing, and I'm done with this back and forth. Do not call me, do not leave any further messages, and fix the error that you have caused.I have just filed complaints with the Dept of Real Estate and CA Consumer Affairs as well. This has gone on too long, and I am now completely [redacted] about how [redacted] is handling this. JUST FIX THE MISTAKE THAT YOU HAVE CAUSED IN MY CREDIT REPORT.Revdex.com...I ask that you notate this as a mark against the company for both poor service, advice, and failure to rectify the error that they have caused.

Your Complaint and your request was that we remove your name from our mailing list and stop mailing you flyers. PLEASE read our response again because that is what our company said we would do and which has already been done as of yesterday. This action WAS STATED to you in our response.
We DID resolve your complaint and request to be removed from our mailing list.

This is to address the complaint from this consumer about mail pieces to them and about our Company calling her from her Blocked phone number after she had called in to us. Leading Mortgage Solutions does not have and is not sure if the technology exists, to see/view...

phone numbers from people who call in from Block Phone Numbers. Leading Mortgage Solutions does not participate in telemarketing activities.  It is not our intention in our Marketing and Business Model to frustrate or harass consumers. Our Goal and Mission Statement is to help Veterans and Consumers with the highest level of Integrity, Customer Service and Exceed their expectations during the loan process. We do have many employees employed to assist and help Veterans lower their overall bills by providing them new VA loans which payoff some or all of their high revolving debt, which in turn lowers their overall monthly expense. To address this consumers concern about our multiple phone numbers is that she called in on our Main Branch Toll Free number and spoke to a representative.  If she received a call back in order to further assist her, that phone number would be different number as it is an outgoing phone line.  Our company like most large companies, have more than 1 phone line in order to handle the amount of business they have.  If a consumer does not wish to receive our monthly marketing newsletter or flyers, they can just call in and be asked to removed from our mailing list and it is taken care of. We apologize for any frustration that this consumer may have felt when receiving our monthly newsletter which provides market, rate and loan program updates. This serves as confirmation that this consumer has been taken off our mailing list as requested by her. We would like to add again, any consumer that would like to be removed from our mailing lists, please call our toll free number and ask to be removed and it will be done the same day with no problem. We would like to thank Veterans again for their service and we our committed to serving you in your home loan needs.Sincerely,
