Faulty product.. useless and unable to use and absolutely no satisfaction from Leafy Clover... worst experience ever.... stay well away from these ...

I ordered some face shields in April. still waiting. and customer service will not respond.

Masks order never received.
Ordered masks in May. It's been almost 2 months and I've still not received them. I got a few responses to requests for order status, then got ghosted by their customer service when I requested a refund.

I too ordered February 28 Never received my masks in time to fly home. I too emailed them and they made many excuses. Then after four emails said they mailed them and gave me. Tracking number. I couldn't track them. I ordered six what looked like quality masks. $129.00. They finally arrived late June and are not at all like the ones I ordered. They do not fit my face properly and look like they are made of cheap sponge material with no KN95 stamp as shown when I ordered them. They are cheap and not close to being safe to wear. I would give this company negative Below zero ð??? if I could !

Ordered 5 masks on the 23rd of Feb, 2020 which just arrived on the 23rd of June (4 months wait). The masks were unbelievably of poor quality and cheaply made for the amount paid of USD 69.85 that I wouldn't even wear them. This is my worst experience in buying online that I'll be thinking twice next time.

I ordered the Covid 19 mask on 2/29, and I have not received my order. They will not cancel the order and refund my money.
I placed the order on 2/29/2020, and have not received the order. I contacted them several times, and each time was told the order was being processed. I contacted them on 5/28/2020 and asked that the order be cancelled and issued a refund. I was told they will not cancel and refund my $89.97.

under the name of Leafy clover, but ordered through Northwestern Brands...paid with *** bank Credit card $33.93.... 2-29-2020. I've tried numerous times to contact them to return my money or send my purchase. They never respond. I am 68 yrs old, live by myself and was trying to protect myself from covid-19 by ordering these masks. It is now 6-2-2020. I've never been scammed, but I think that is just what this company did. Shame on them

If there is a zero star, I would rate them as Zero. Terrible product with poor quality. I purchased 6 masks last Week of Feb, 2020 and just received it only last May 29, 2020. I have tried to cancel the order last March and April, they said that it's already in Transit. I thought the product will be coming from Florida but it's coming from China. The Customer Service is worse, they send me the tracking# for me to trace it by myself, those China Carrier don't even have contact number. I requested for a contact number either phone or email they cannot even provide the said information. They claim that the mask will protect you from Virus, I don't believed that it will protect you with such a quality. The cloth mask is much better. The company will not allow you to return the product, all sales are final

Lucky Clover tells me that they are delayed as they were being sent from China. I ordered them so I could be prepared for Covid-19 and now it's JUNE!
I am a Senior citizen and I trusted Lucky Clover to send me the masks as they had promised. I feel that they misled me in their advertising as "available now" back in March 2020.
I asked for a refund of $37.89 (via their Customer Support email as there is NO phone number to contact them) and they refused as they "were already shipped to me from China." That was over a month ago and I still haven't received them. I want to receive a refund on my credit card at this point. I will NEVER order from them again and the public should be aware of this scam. Order No. listed above.

I too have not received my mask ordered in January. Several attempts to get info from the company have failed these guys are total scammers. Not the first time I have been scammed but definitely the last time I order anything from Facebook.

I think that times are weird and it took 3 months but I got my masks and I like them.

I purchased two face masks from this company. This company has taken advantage of me by selling me a shoddy product in this time of Covid 19. The mask is so cheap that the "air filter " pops out when you slightly stretch the mask to put it on. The mask is made of a cheap foam that tears easily. There is no protection whatsoever. The company claims "Satisfaction Guaranteed" and they have refused to honor any kind of refund to me for this product.

I made a purchase for 2 masks on Feb 28, 2020. No mask received up until now, May 22, 2020.

Order 6 "CoronaMasks" on Feburary 28th, 2020. As the name indicates, they were advertised to provide protection from the Coronavirus. I received 6 foam masks with no filters one month later. These masks without the filters provide no protection for Coronavirus. Asked for a refund but received no response. This in addition to the web site being shut down for a period of time. I paid $83.82.

I spent over 120usd on masks from leafy clover. The product took forever to arrive and then they were extremely cheaply made. Nothing like described.
The masks were made of this cheap flimsy material and broke within days. I asked for a refund because they were worth like 10cents each and they charged 15usd for each one ( in which I bought 11). They refused to take them back or refund me. They described th as these n95 masks, but they were like foam and paper thin.

I asked a refund after weeks of delay on the a 90+$ order before the whole covid-19 crisis started.

I also emailed them and got nothing but an email from the customer service after 1 month!

its been a month and 1/2 this person has me on a auto reply just saying there's delay with orders . No tracking info no updates nothing . They wont issue a refund this is a SCAM .
