I too was getting concerned about getting the masks that I ordered. I ordered 3 times for a total of 10 masks. I sent an e mail to the company and they responded about three days later. They apologized for being late with replying and said they were working as quick as possible. Then a week later I received all my masks. VERY HAPPY. So I think that they should get another chance to those who are being impatient, we are in a concerning time. From Florida

Just received 7 masks after waiting almost two months and already thinking about having bank involved. Just opened a mask a realized it's made of a foam like material that can be penetrated by the smallest of droplets. This website is a total scam and even went as far as deleting its website. Taking advantage of the vulnerable during this time is unbelievable.

I did not receive my order that I placed back in February.

2/29/2020 placed order with company. 3/2/2020 received email verification that shipment was sent and would arrive 5-10 days later. Order still has not been received. My credit card was charged. When I tried to contact the company, the website said, "Oops! This website is no longer available."

I did not receive my order that I paid in full. I've contacted the company several times with no resolve, order, or refund.
On 2/27/20 I ordered 3 coronavirus protection masks from leafyclover. Order# LCXXXXX. Amount of purchase $47.90. I paid with a *** check card. In all of my screen shots and emails, I am unable to find an actual product#. I received 3 emails from David on 2/27/20 confirming my order, explaining there may be delays, and offering me additional discounts on more products. I received another email from David about the same delays on 3/1/20. I sent a message requesting an ETA on 3/10. Got a generic response about delays from Hydie B. I sent another email on 3/29 regarding my order. Got another generic response about delays from Mae R on 3/30. I responded on 3/30 that I wanted to cancel. I got another response from Mae R on 3/31 that I was not able to cancel. I responded back the same day asking to speak with someone above her. Never got a response. I sent another message on 4/3 and have still gotten no response. Also, there website no longer works.

Placed an order with them past March 1, 2020, Order XXXXX To this date they have not delivered, I have canceled the order twice and all I receive is a message (the same exact message) saying that they cannot cancel because the order has been sent to fulfillment, which is false; they go also by ONTARIO INC and contact is contact @northwesternbrands.com. Do not buy for them, is a SCAM.

On February 29th I ordered 2ea. face masks from Leafy Clover. I immediately received a confirmation email for my order #*** explaining that my order would be delayed, and that I would receive an update once my order was shipped, in 10 to 15 days. I have not heard anything from them since. Now their website is gone.

I ordered 2 Coronavirus mask on February 26. I keep emailing- first asking where is my order. Then tracking #, delivery date, refund all to no avail!

An order online not delivered,
February 24th ordered number LC *** for 4 mask total 65.83 and not received. No tracking number, and web page no longer available. Want my refund. On 3/21 I emailed them for an update, on 3/23 they stated is delay due to the crisis, on 3/23 I requested a refund, on 3/24 they said is under fulfillment no refund can be process 3/24 I asked for a tracking number, no response from them with no tracking number was giving to me. 3/31 I send another email for a refund. I checked thier web page and is no longer up, they took the web page down.

On February 4 2020, I ordered 2 masks from Leafy Clover. Have not received items as of today. On 2/4/2020 $48.15 was paid out of my account.
Received an email about a month ago that stated it would take longer for delivery. The letter was signed by David. I want my money back. I have a reference number ***. This order was under my husband's name. ***.

It's been 6 weeks since ordering from them several masks. They initially said that they had no record of my order. When I sent them the confirmation emails and order numbers, they then stated that the orders are processed and packed... and that they are just waiting to send; I will get a tracking # when they send (to date not tracking #). I let them know that they indicated a 2-3 week delay due to the coronavirus and now they are almost 2 months into processing my orders and holding them (they say the orders are been packed) - but not sending it. I also went to their website which is no longer available online. I think they are a scam. They are refusing to credit me back more than $100 of items purchased and never shipped.

I placed an order for mask Off of Facebook back on January 28 And never received plus there site is down.
I placed an Order for corona virus mask for my family just in case off of Facebook add On January 28 . I ordered 10 masked I received Confirmation order that my order was being processed abd will be shipped as agreed 5-6 days till this day if I have not received order and they refuse to refund my money back. There site is also down I believe they are a sham como sky and have stolen from many during a crises.

I ordered products totalling $108.99 and never received order. Beware!! Do not trust this business!!

On FEB 29th I placed an order for face masks. Since that time I have not received my order and have not been given an expected delivery date.
My order was placed on 02/29/2020 (Order #LCXXXXX totalling $95.92 for a total of 5 masks). I was told that the expected delivery date was pushed back due to low inventory. I inquired again on 03/14/2020 about the status of my order and was given a similar response with no identified delivery date. On 03/22/2020 I sent yet another inquiry about the status of my order and did not receive a response. I went online and noticed that the company website is no longer active at all.

I purchased an order with Leafy clover online store in February 27 , 2020 and haven't received it. I'm suspecting this could be a scam website.

Warning for anyone who buys from a business called Leafy Clover doing business in Florida. I ordered products from there. The total amount was $47.90. The charge came back $48.38. Only 48 cents but the practice. Then I was told items would ship 1 to 2 days. 14 days and still nothing. I have asked for this order to be cancelled 3 times and all I got was BS excuses until today and now they say its too late to cancel. There process is a scam and when you order you will never get an order cancelled and get your money back. Emails from Davis, Heidi B and now a Jam. This business should not be allowed to sell in the US. Buyers Beware.

I purchased masks on 02/28/2020 for 61.87 and I am now getting emails they are behind and don't know when they will be sent. I would like my money back.
